Elmore is sooo expensive.. is it worth it to buy a low enchant like a +7 and upgrade or does it require a dwarf with alot of luc to have success in enchanting to +15?

I have left Chicago and i am back in AZ. sop far i have only had 2 of three clients DC once in the last 3 days. the explanation of packet loss doesnt make sense to me why it would disconnect 1 client but not the other... are both clients not running on the same computor and same internet connection and same packet loss?

ISP problem would not explain 2 of 3 clients on the same box and same internet isp connection disconnecting.

so far i have tried all three up to level 100 and i like the LE most.

well i can get 77 DEX with eyepatch and DEX dyes, i can add 5 more DEX with the last dye slot i have open. but others are saying do not use DEX dye to get my dex im confused.

how do you get or make an elmore and then enchant? something drop them?

Ok i have the circlet you get when you turn 100. it gives STR +5. when i use my Yul i have been equipping a eye patch for DEX coz everyone says archer only needs DEX. if thats wrong i will only use Circlet, Also im being told to switch my DEX dyes on my archer to STR dyes, is that true?

So i need to change my DEX dyes on archer to what STR like my Othel? Damn another mistake thats going to cost me lol. How do i equip the pendant i cant figure it out. it says i need eye patch or rabbit ears etc to equip but i cant get it to equip.

Its happening to others as well, i have a forum topic on 2 of 3 clients DC.

Im finding in HB and other areas with agro mobs the tank for mob control is so nice. i can have my healer or buffer with no gear just paulinas play safe in that area with a tank and the DD isnt running all over the place.

As the title says i feel the need to vent to the community a bit as i am sure you have all felt this pain. I feel like i want to level up as fast as i can and im running into gear issues, so i am trying to learn everything as fast as possible. this game is very deep and requires alot of knowledge and experience or you end up burning thru money faster than imaginable. I just enchanted all my archer skills with Focus, coulda sworn i saw that was the way to go somewhere but now i have new info from a post in archer forum that break is the way to go. so im going to have to change all my skill enchants at a cost $$$ I bought an eye patch for dex thinking it would fit in the other hair accessories slot, it does not. cant keep circlet and eye patch together. i bought a thing that i forgot the name of but looks like a pentagram necklace that says is can be equipped with the eye patch, but does not work. I had +5 eternal LA that isnt really good enough for anything but i needed to try it to find that out. saw a good deal on +6 R110 armor so i stole adena from all my other toons and bought the armor, i was so excited till i put the armor on and my stats dropped. WTF. So now i need to enchant armor to try to get my stats up and i already know that is a expensive rabbit hole to go down. making many mistakes with the leonas and kains crystal on my weapon and have to redo those a few times cost me $ Also playing drunk sometimes does not help my cause, example: I saved up dex dyes and went to the symbol make and made the symbol. i thought i could just equip a symbol but it equips the symbol for you, problem was i was on my dual so it put the symbol on my dual, lol so i had to remove the symbol it cost me half my dyes. i could have kept dex on my othell but im reading str is what othel needs. and i cant afford to put dye on main and dual anyway. the list goes on and on so i have a level 105 archer with low gear but i have probably spent enough for 3 toons at that gear level to get there. very expensive learning curve. end rant.

If it makes you feel any better i have 2 toons at 105 and im a complete noob. this game is very deep.

Hey thanks for that. Damn i just went through and enchanted all my favorite attack skills with Focus. i wish that test in the link had Focus in the test. Any experienced archers out there can offer advice as well.. hate to go through the process of changing all my skill enchants just to find out i should have left them.

For Archer Attack skills do i got Focus, Power, or Break? Far buffs do i go time, shield, or magic shield?
