Just cancel your prestige packs until you feel there is a value to them again. Problem solved. Message sent. If they want your business they will work for it... If they don't they wont.

What is the big deal? it takes you half a day longer to get to level 120?

as the title says. i know people do not like pay to play but that horse has left the barn and if you pay to not be able to play that will really bleep off the people who are paying for prestige packs... that is a recurring revenue stream.. most smart companies will try hard as hell not to lose that.

i love the fact that toggles stay on now... when i log in my toon is ready to go ... love it.

tinker with your macro till you find what works..or fight easier mobs ... or both.

so you spend a total of one more day in blazing.. i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Just start new toons you will get to level 100 in about a day.. follow the quest progression till 105 you will get all the free gear along the way that you will need... at 105 you can then decide if you want to spend what it takes to go further.

Ok, I have switched from focus to break. was not as expensive as i have imagined so i was also able to go from +5 to +10 on my skills. i know this may have messed up my test. So i dont have detail stats but its basically as you would have imagined im hitting harder and critting less. The interesting thing is that it feels like i am hitting harder more than i am critting less. End result even though its not a scientific study is that i am killing faster in my CP and even as the only DD in my little 3 toon party we are killing all mobs and waiting for spawn a little bit.. before it was just constant killing non stop. i am also not sure if staying with focus and going from +5 to +10 would have yielded the same result? Verdict: go with Break.. i can only imagine what it will be like when i get my skills up past +10

I could swear i accidentally turned in 1 exalted quest and received the next while on my dual class. in fact it after receiving the next quest said i needed to be level 103 and kill some monsters, my dual was 102 and when i had the right amount of monsters killed so i switched back to main to turn in quest and it worked. I have never tried using the books on dual class though.

ive read this and its all making sense i just wish that he tried a comparison between focus and break. either way i will at some point switch from focus to break probably once i can afford it. i will post here results.

tank was running in macro with provoke on but not using active taunt 3 man party iss dd and tank a pk'er came by and killed my iss and tank... my tank was flagged. tank was running all other skills in macro but not taunt. maybe one of his other skills flagged? i rez and started party and started up macro, pk'r cam back and killed iss and tank again this time tank and iss flagged but i think it was due to iss was healing at the time? i was chatting with pk'r and he thinks it was maybe provoke aura thats why i thought it might be true. Also healing with iss is a spam heal right/?

I was also told that a good plan is to start with Focus, then when higher level and patk is built up high enough to switch to Break. What are you thoughts on that plan? Also thank you for the advise. my build is going slowly but all my augments are geared towards skill crit rate and skill crit damage, i just wish there was a good way to measure them in the stats window. looks like i will start to save up money for the green books to switch over.. is level 105 a good time to do that?

I just learned last night that provoke from a tank will flag him also.. So reds never drop items anymore? I could swear i remember a long time ago dropping items on death even by monster..

How does a healer die by healing a flagged toon? sorry im new so this is a real question. Also if someone wanted to pk your party why would they try tricks to kill your party? why not just kill your party? is this so they dont go red? why bother there is no penalty for going red is there and if so it doesnt last very long either, just hit a few monsters. i think getting people to drop gear would be a reason but i hear people do not drop gear anymore. not sure if its true.

Auburn, thank you for trying to explain this but im a bit confused by the examples: in fact by your math i think example 2 should be 1.7 mil damage. which example is break 1 or 3? i ask because in example 2 you mention removing break from example 1 but in example 3 you say we increase crit chance using break but crit chance is focus so im a little perplexed. Example 1 is 1.8 mill damage Power Break or focus? Example 2 is 1.7 mill damage power break or focus? Example 3 is 2 mill damage power break or focus? Also.... Auburn what do you use break or focus? or a mix? Does focus stack crit chance on top of a fully buffed archers crit chance? because if you are fully buffed i think crit is maxed at 1500. similar to attack speed skills, similar to when im not buffed the attack speed skills increase the number but when im buffed my speed is maxed at 500 and i do not think the speed skills make attack speed any faster than 500. I was thinking some skills may be better for break and some may be better for focus but im not sure. I am currently running focus on everything but entertaining the idea of changing them to break just to see but its expensive for me. The other question i have is what would be better for PVP focus or break. I know its a bunch of questions thank you for taking time to answer.
