Its about perspective, if you 1 shot mobs with both weapons then both weapons have same damage
To be honest, there are only 5-10 players and few areas to do a proper test. But if you are naked and "pvp" with mobs in tanor...then yes DW is WoW.
Offtopic: 10 y ago weapon was everything.....now its round 30% of toon damage.

5. I started the game again 6 months ago. In 6 months I have spent money for 2 rune stones 200% xp, 1 prestige pack and gambled 5 night boxes(just for the sake of it). I spent this time learning about new mechanics, crafted my gear, joined an active clan, joined a cp and this boosted my xp and gaming experience WAY more than you boosted yourself by burning $$.
Also during this time, I am trying to convince players like you, that by not playing the game as intended and just throwing money in it, they destroy a very old and still very enjoyable game, by creating a market, that in any other game, the community would have found it absolutely unacceptable.
You need to rethink about how you should be playing the game my dude

Well, im not that old player as you but I have my shared time on this game...round 10y and never rly quit to comeback. I can assure you my items are good enough to solo any area.
Its not about me...its about you and ppl like you, who fit perfectly in my post....
Its about that player who give advices confident but dont know much about current stats of game.
Burning real money is a personal choice, if you are good at this game, have a lot of free time and play right class you dont need to pay.
But as you said it is an old game... Old game>>>old players>>>ppl usualy work>>>less time to grind>>>ppl spend money to compete....and ncsoft give us this option.
The real problem, the tragedy is when the redneck have both money and free time to play.
Last, free to play after 107 lvl dont exist...if you want progress you have only 2 options: pay or quit.Here last tip for you: cheaters have bots on auto who are monitoring the AH and shops and buy everything under certain value....you cant make adena by doing "market".

You will come to my conclusion very fast...just lvl up try to farm in good areas. In 30 min a toon will come to kill you and take your spot....if your toon are not staked with money you just go to town and do what you like most...admiring architecture
. Also try to do instances with a good dps group, if you dont have items they will not invite you ...again admiring architecture

A feoh, but not any feoh, only dark elf, can do better then Yull with less adena involved. Playing other class then Yull, Feoh and Dread...fotm...will be not wise unless you know that class very well or have a lot of money -

You don't need to spend that much money. To be honest, you don't need to spend much if you want to actually play the game as intended. To spend a ridiculous amount of money totally defeats the purpose of the game, which is PLAYING it. If you want to do something NOW NOW NOW , then this is not the right game for you.
Lineage2 is a heavy p2w game, but it requires time (a lot of it), good investments and mechanics knowledge.
It is worth playing any character you like. Farming comes in many ways (market, fishing, mobs etc).

This deserve a big lol...in plunderos if you dont have min 250-350 bil in equip you cant farm adena (dont get me wrong, you can kill a mob but you cant make 100 mil adena per hour).

More then that, for ppl to do not expoit this system they restore same weapon(no matter who the owner is) only 2 times per year.

There is half or even more players on servers which are from Europe, as for my example i am from EUNE.
In some country the medium salary / wage is @500-1000 Euro. And you come and put in shop an event with a price equal to a month of work. It is non-sense price, those players can spend let's say an average of 100-200 Euro for a hobby, in this scenario L2. But damn how they can afford to take a 500 $ Random Jewel. Ok they will sacrifice 1 month to take 1 in best scenario but there are 6 slots on brooch inventory or less depends on your brooch. How the hell 1 normal player can afford 3.000 + euro for some randoms jewels when that means half year of real work ??
If you get me a good answer to this @Juji or @Hime i gonna give u the Nobel Prize!

@Juji on the last year end: we will lower prices in cash store significantly>>>after few promo with way higher prices: @Jujiwe change rewards so thats why prices are higher( good rewards are 0.00001 chance to get). Also this system of transforming real money in virtual coins is a trap and almost a scam to confuse player to do not see the real value of the the item...Money to ncoin to market coin...its only to make ppl belive they spend less>>>scam.
Btw, why NcWest dont have his own PST server to test bugs,etc and use live servers to replicate?
Thats one reason for different problems we have. You broke the server every time and put the blame on players ips, computers,region, wheather,etc.

So you see, they have no power or knowledge of game indepth software...deh, all come crypted from korean dev and they just double click on patch...in fact any bug, any change, any game software alteration come from korean devs. To go in abstract, if Juji want to pee he need to ask korean devs permision.

We tried so far on Gmail, Yahoo and on my personal domain....None receive security email.
Conclusion is NcWest dont send those emails Its nothing wrong with email provider.
Best action to take is to let support know by making a ticket. Pls all do that.

You read KissMyKnife thread but you did not understand anything.
It matter less patack value on weapon, what matter is SA and PVE option.
You will see not much improvement between a +6 r99 pve weapon and +12 r99 pve weapon.Forget about r95...its a dead end garbage. Its good till you get exalted weapon.

Regardin catching up, all new players want to experience top lvl content in 2 weeks of playing here...that is imposible. If they like the game they have to play round 2 years and spend some money(smart) and after that have a chance to to get near old players...ofc they need to play the right class to do that. Unfortunately, any wrong choice they made end up in tears on forum?.
This is not CS or Fifa...dont like it?change the game. Its simple.

This guy Maddona strike again with non sense inquires...Im not surprise he have followers...afterall, this pandemic bring us lots of new and returnig players who belive this game is for free.
Ive been said in other posts, is like in real economy...you cant make money if you dont invest money. And I add: If you dont manage to get in top 3 clans on the server you will not see top content.In my opinion, no free to play player should not pass lvl 106. If you decide you like the game then its time to put some money in it like most active players do.
Ps: game state is perfect as it is....2-3 hours active in party with friends and 4-6 hours of solo afk. Cant ask more.
