They gets ready updates from main ncsoft, and can't do a sh*t. The only thing they can do for you is ASK devs in korea to change something, but they won't cause no point to do such things. NCwest had some special features here from the beginig, like disabled looping macro, 3 clients restiction, no drop items after dead, no adena for 0-40 teleports. So they can order some changes.
