L2 Team Juji Posted May 29, 2020 L2 Team Share Posted May 29, 2020 We were investigating an issue where transformations that were obtained from the event and swapped out during the 5/27 maintenance were missing despite being present on the character. It was not reproducible from our end when we tested it, so we cloned the character to further verify the issue. The cloned character showed up in the rankings because it was not masked properly before we used it. Hammerforge Posted May 30, 2020 Share Posted May 30, 2020 @Juji I had the same problem, I had a transform from the event, after maintenance it disappeared and I did not receive the transform book with the correct version for classic. Customer Service just ran in circles and now claims that all I had was the scroll transformation. Please look into this Juji, my ticket number is #23553969, and #2355830.
