Ban for suspicious activity

Today a member of our cp and clan could not log in with his account because apparently he has his account suspended for suspicious activity, this player is a totally clean player and plays honorably, the main theme is that in half an hour we must go to clan Epics , which is will be lost and the CP will be automatically damaged ... now by showing that this character is not involved in any illegal activity, they will restore the runes to the time they had, but the exp, adena lost during that suspension as do they reward him? How do you reward the PC that will be unintentionally harmed?

Sometimes happends due to Antivirus or login of another friend account.......just sent a ticket and pray to get the account faster.

 

BTW.......reward??  ajjajajajajaj in this server??????????? really?.....we all want rewards for stuff like this or for delay in ticekts, delay in mantenace...but the GM or Dev don't do anthing as reward for their mistakes....maybe they will give you a cat buff is is to much LOL.

 

@Juji @Hime I hope some day we can get proper reward for issues or delay....is not a joke the time that we play this sometime....and more if we have pretige or pay runes.

Account suspension is not a reason for any compensation. He's being investigated for suspicious activity and if he has done nothing wrong, will get his account reinstated in a few days.

The support team has no obligation to respect such things as CP. Every player is an individual responsible for his/her actions.A CP is also not a real functional thing of L2, that's a player thing.

Just pass if you can't do the epics and do whatever you can without him.
