If there isn't a page like that, can you maybe start publishing that information somewhere, so people can see the number of each prizes given out during every event? It's one of the reasons why you see the Powerball and state lotteries show that information after every draw. They don't have to provide names of the winners, but they do show the number of people who won at each level. NCSoft could do something similar after their promotional events...but they won't. NCSoft, as it is the South Korean company does. NCWest, which is the firm running our server clearly does not.
