Is it shiny items that attract you or you want to be powerful? Or neither? It's not even a good game anymore bro, just try and stop. I know addition might get people in to trouble , but 20.000 in to debt in Lineage 2 is new to me also I feel sorry for you I know its not easy to live with debts I had hard few years also (not because L2) , Not sure where you are from but there is helplines across the world in each country I presume , also like someone said NCsoft feeds on people like you that's why this game model was introduced in first place, NCwest wont help you probably they will put next sale with more promising rewards just to push you to buy more, My suggestion is put a spending limit on your cards like (40$ or 50$ a month on online transactions) to try save yourself from bigger debt and try to find some kind of hobby to distract yourself from having a lot of spare time. Koklaon Posted January 9, 2023 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Not so smart move change gambling adiction for pay to win game...is like move from casino to play only slot machine...if u have problems with adiction go for some professional help, "free to play" games work like this, they are undercover casinos...I know a lot of players are fully adicted to this game spending even the monthly money food just to buy chest and shiits game put on l2 store... I can waste more money ingame but I say myself to enjoy the game without spending a house on it, just prestige and sometimes 20 $, be on top on dead game wasting thousands is really a moron move.... Game still giving some entertaiment but ofc game is like dead...the gap between "top" & "f2p" is just madness... due to strong pay to win,receiving millions and millions of damage in 1 shot, smartest way to play this game is just spending 20-50$ max x month...I do like this and I still enjoying the game making little upgrades "for free"...sorri but for me only a moron spend thousands of dollars in a game who is almost dead, just imagine this people the day server close...all the money they waste on nothing! Hello there, The 1st step is done - you've asked for help. That's good! The 2nd step should be made by GM/Administrator to remove the option of buying NCoins and or L2store items in game. They wont remove buyable NCcoins they need to make money its they job and its common sense that they need income to keep everything working , Best solution from administrators/GM's would be option/ability "to place limits on spendings per account or per card" if user request so. However since you have already put alot into your character, maybe it would time to say how can you make the items generate and farm adena for you and let the items you have invested work for you. You basically have to be little bit determined to have a different mindset on what you have already invested and take that adena and buy event items instead of actually buying nccoin, a circular economy. For example, farming Pantheon, TOI should generate at least 20-60 bil a month (dependent on your toon) and take that to buy event boxes. I believe any games that offer non-comestic items for purchase for their games with coins that have any degree of random to it *IE our boxes and enchanting events* should need gambling licenses in the US and it be restricted from minors from playing at all because they do not have the responsibility in their life to balance yet. (A minor for gambling in the US is 21 FYI if some don't) To do this someone has to sue NCSoft and they would easily win.
