Yurnero Posted September 28, 2023 Share Posted September 28, 2023 Hello, Around the beginning of May 2023 my CP did not receive rewards after finishing Baylor dungeon level. 110. I submitted a support request, GM confirmed it was true and sent Baylor Pass as compensation. However, the problem persisted, so Senior GM Yehara replied that the incident was being investigated, and the results of the resolution would be updated and posted on our official forum and website. After more than 3 months of waiting, I recorded clips every day every time I did Baylor Dungeon. In total, my CP did not receive rewards 35 times. The last time we did not receive a reward was August 8, 2023. After more than a month of no recurrence, even though I didn't see any announcements on the forum, I guess the problem has been resolved. On September 14, 2023, I submitted a request for compensation. After nearly 2 weeks of silence, I received an email reply from GM: they agreed to compensate with Advanced Venusta's Reward Box x1 and Shining Venusta's Reward Box x1. If they placed events with real odds they would have a lot more $$ earnings than they have now. Indeed they are not providing any support or solution. They only reply with some random message and close the ticket. You guys should check on this asap. Can only add updates/other notes/comments once they respond, dragging out the ticket time longer than it needs to be. I think a good start point would be checking on this Support team. They are not providing any solutions at all. I bet we have several tickets waiting for solutions and not empty answers.
