Monthly Login Reward

Is anyone else not getting the monthly login reward on their characters? I assume that this is supposed to work like the Weekend Login Reward in which each character can earn it and does earn it on their first login during a given month. I didn't receive mine on any of my 7 characters last month and so far this month, it is still showing that it is not complete even though I am logged into the game naturally. Is this a known bug?

Nope. It is most definitely bugged, but I got it too. Only one one account though.

I got it on another account now to, you may have to relog to get it to become available.

Oddly, when I got it the timer is stating that it's 25 days 15 hours remaining, like it should have been available a few days ago.

So maybe they are just becoming available 3 or 4 days late.
