  5. Hello All, Game login server will be unavailable for 1 hour starting around at 10:30 a.m. PDT / 7:30 p.m. GMT+2 as we continue to address an issue with Aden's Blackbird server. If you're in game, you should not be affected but if you disconnect, you will not be able to login until Aden Emergency Maintenance is complete. Thank you!

Hey Everyone - We will be bringing Blackbird Server down for maintenance beginning Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. PDT / 1:00 p.m. CDT / 2:00 p.m. EDT / 8:00 p.m. GMT+2 and it will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Logins for Elcadia Server will be brought down halfway through this maintenance for further testing. Thank you!

  12. Thanks @WhiteLion, we appreciate the appreciation. As far as I'm aware, CS is still working on tickets since they have received an increases volume. If you don't hear from them in another 24 hours, you can update your ticket.

  20. Player concern has been escalated, but unfortunately limiting clients is not as easy as people think. Doing so would impact Classic as well. Also, keep in mind that the issue is isolated on Blackbird and is not impacting Elcadia.
  21. As I said in this post, we will be compensating once the issue is resolved. And when I know more, I'll outline those details in a new post.
