  1. Lineage II, Lineage II Classic, and Lineage Aden are only available to North America, South America, and Oceania. Please be sure that your launcher is connect to the correct region, and then try again.

  8. I've escalated this issue to our Customer Support team. Please let me know if you continue to have issues with acquiring your Aden Launch Packs. [UPDATE 10:35 am PT] Customer Support assures us that they're addressing the tickets for this issue. Some of these purchases may have triggered fraud alerts, which means the Fraud Team has to manually investigate/review/approve purchases that trigger these high-risk alerts. They ask that you continue to report any issues directly to Customer Support in case there's any other impacting issue.

I'll escalate the issue but make sure you all are following the directions below, and if you've done all of that, please send in a detailed support ticket so they can help you: https://support.lineage2.com/ The code will be automatically applied to your NCSOFT Account. After Lineage II Aden has launched, you first need to create a character on a Lineage II Aden server. This character will be the one you want to receive the items from the Aden Launch Pack. Make sure you're checking the correct character. Once that character has been created, log in to your NCSOFT Account on the Lineage II website and go to your “MY Account” page. Click on the “Apply a Code” tab and select “Lineage II” above the Unused Serial Codes window. Inside the window, select your Aden Launch Pack (either the Light Pack, Standard Pack, or Deluxe Pack) and then click the “Apply” button. You will then need to select your Aden server and the character from the list that will appear. Once selected, the pack will be sent to the in-game Dimensional Warehouse and ready for pick-up from the character you selected. From there, log back into the game and click on the Dimensional Merchant UI or visit the Dimensional Merchant NPC in the nearest town to claim your pack. Once you open the pack, all of the items included in your selected pack will be placed in your inventory. During times of increased sales volume, it is possible that you may not immediately receive the Launch Pack you purchased. There can be a delay of up to 12 hours while your order is being processed. Once your order has been processed and completed, you will receive another e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and that your items have been delivered. If you have not received your Launch Pack after 12 hours from the time your order was placed, please create a support ticket (under "Payment or Billing Issue") and Customer Support can look into the issue for you.
  10. No problem, I'm here to help! We haven't seen any other reports, which is why this is so weird. Could it be that your browser is blocking any features on the website? Make sure that you are not blocking any features of our site and that your Java and Flash plugins are up-to-date. If you have add-ons running in your web browsers that block or filter cookie generation or sending, you'll need to disable them and attempt to log in again. I know you put in a ticket, but if you haven't already, send support an email: support@lineage2.com, it might be a tad faster.
  11. Heya @Chopper - unfortunately there's nothing I can do from here because I can't access your account. The fact that you're logged in here though, means you should be able access your account on the NC site. Have you tried doing a hard refresh of your tab/browser? Maybe close it down and start fresh, or clear out those cookies.

  14. Not sure what you mean since Aden hasn't been up for 24hrs yet. If you purchased an Aden Launch Pack, the code will be automatically applied to your NCSOFT Account. Activate via the “Apply a Code” tab. You will not be able to apply it until you create your character on the Aden servers. It will appear for you when you log in.
  15. Quit out of the client and restart again. If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall. We're here to help, so keep us updated.

  17. Hey Everyone - Aden servers are back online and you can login. For all the players who logged in with a character prior to the emergency maintenance, we'll be giving you x50 Grace Cookies that will be in your Character Warehouse as compensation for the unplanned downtime. See in Aden!
