the GM/CM are pretty much non existent...only posting about maintenance.....when is the last time they have posted in aden forums for things besides maintenance? -
gm staff refuses to post the rates (i queried) this means you will almost certainly end up with a +3 ticket, possibly a +4 this is a scam

i know aden is your "stepchildren" but can you post some of this staff in the aden forums..... we still dont even have the servers as "up" yet... but hey we will stay tuned for any "updates"

buy with amazon, not only do you have better fraud protection, you also get better customer service. ncsoft staff cant be bothered to help you in most cases

it wasnt as bad before since you could spoil and the base mats would drop often

fix warsmith crafting, the materials needed are absolutely absurd (bow of peril requires 13,100 wood for example)

Suggestion: Primeval Isle to drop adena/mats.

its a 100% safe zone is the issue, if they did those changes the isle would be no different than any other location -
imagine how much XP% loss your clanmate kyosuke has inflicted on afk people there, i have little sympathy

yes, it is annoying. It closes when you access collection -
SK cubics got it rough 1-2% hp gained every 20 seconds is not a lot, and doesn't really replace the lost cubics..

GM's do not do anything anymore, they don't help with items transfers within an account, help with missing L2coin, or even expedite character deletions.
