If you start a client, and on the ToS (Terms of Service) screen you press Enter in order to accept it, you will not be able to proceed further. Not even the mouse click will work from now on, you have to exit the client and start over.
After passing the ToS screen you can use Enter as before.
We are not able to reproduce this issue. Did this issue just start today for you?

Every hour, participating players will be part of the lottery. Oriana will make five attempts each hour to draw a lucky winner. Each bar in the Lucky Draw UI represents an attempt. It is possible that no winner is selected for that hourly drawing.

The Greater Jewels you get for the Lucky Coin exchange are good to use until the event ends.
Lottery drawings for rewards are by the server time. -

We requested last May to change the inventory slot restriction when switching between main and dual class and followed up again in December on a 2nd request regarding weight. The response we received was that the system (weight/inventory restrictions) is working as intended and there were no plans to change it.

Plase update, it is really important for my class...This is a visual issue with your skills becoming "grayed out" on the hotbar after obtaining a Love Potion, but they can still be used for hunting.

The cutoff period for our update was 11/11, but the Neutral Zone change came after on 11/25 in Korea. The dev team combines all the updates together for overseas regions and cuts them off at a certain point. By the time 11/25 rolled around, they were almost complete in the process of merging the updates together from June to Mid-November. We did have a special exception case last year in September with getting Varka/Ketra from a future patch, but that was a one-time situation and we were told that it can introduce a high number of ninja patches in our builds.

Not everything will be available on Day One for our update to register to the Collection system. E.g. the Shining Energy of Protection item used for upgrading Advanced Talismans of Protection will be added later through events and promotions.

The issue you are experiencing is unrelated to the connection issues that only started on 2/10. Can you respond back in the latest ticket you submitted for further troubleshooting?
