Greetings, Could you consider extending the server settings regarding the boost in exp until the lag is dealt with and fixed for good? Would be a nice gesture. Maybe add adenas drop rate and amount boost in there too cause the market in Chronos is completely broken and we need the extra adenas to stay competitive. The current event with Lara was good and the time we have using it is reasonable as well(2 weeks). Maybe this week you could make it like sales event cloaks and free and fun event to play, Golden Compass(more than two weeks on this one please) and Oriannas Lucky Draw or Collect Letters? Like rotate sales and free events so everybody can enjoy a bit more of the game. @Juji @Hime Food for thought. Thanks

Consider disabling the ranking system please, cursed swords arent causing the lag alone!! also consider making it 3 account per IP and not 3 account logged per computer! last but not least, PLEASE, install an antibot-antiscript program to our servers to prevent the use of 3rd party programs!!! Listen to ur community for crying out loud!! @Juji@Hime PS:and actually punish/ban those who tresspass the games rules. and not a 3 day break. 10days ban 1st offence - account ban 2nd offence - IP ban 3rd offense and byebye!! food for thought!!

consider making it 3 accounts logged in per IP and NOT per computer!! that should free up some memory wonnit? also install antibot/antiscript programs to our servers cause u dont know if these 3rd party programs r assisting in the state of the servers!

what about the teleporting on areas that appear to be on one spot on the map but are actually on another? aka dino isle bug tp? no? dont be so naive mate. whats done is done and now the players of these servers can actually be inspired and break the rules without getting a fitting punishment!Cheers and Bravo!

Damn so much QQing FROM exploiters and cheaters is amazing!! The spot in lizardmen is a NO FLY ZONE! which means u tried hard to bug ur toon to get in or as botangus stated ''u took a super secret path from up the mountains and ran there'' which is equally ridiculous. That person who got banned and then unbanned apparently was cocky on hero shout that he/she ''run'' there, when there were several reports about THE AREA and not that individual! A castle can be obtained by a clan during siege, so it is accessible to players and so is the wyvern by obtaining a fortress. A BUGGED SPOT IN AN AREA THAT IS A NO FLY ZONE AND YOU CANT WALK THERE SIMPLY ISNT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GAME!!!! To sum up, the ban in the first place was justifiable and well deserved not only to that person but others as well should've gotten their punishment since video footage has been provided to the support team. PS: I heard a rumour that you were going to quit the server UNLESS that individual got unbanned, hope its not true and more importantly i hope they didnt unban cause of that!!!!!!!! PS2:You got caught red handed abusing the system and you cry in forums that it was not fair! twas more than fair! When u r getting caught at least have some dignity and SHUT IT, dont try to get the top hand afterwards! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!

Remember before the last update that there were rumors that the adena and ''item/material'' drop/amount rate was gonna be affected if u had no VP? On other regions that applies if im not mistaken.. And u said that ''why people always assume we get everything an update has''? Anyways, since the adenas drop/amount rate is as shi**y as it is now, r u sure u didnt apply that feature(low to no adenas drop from mobs when u got no Vitality) WITHOUT applying the bonus whilst on VP? Is it supposed to be normal with a Prestige Rune +300% adena amount to get at Field of Silence(109lvl area) 20k adenas per mob? @Juji@Hime@EmperorLeto@PhoenixMitra or any willing to pay SOME attention!@@!!

Archer/Eviscerator as a DD and I would advise u to make an ISS dominator. exp the domi till its 105 and then u can have buffs on ur main WITHOUT the buffer being in party. Domi gives clan buffs so basically ur main would farm solo AND still have buffs. It should be easy to get both in a clan via clan entry or u can just make ur own. hope it helps.

@Juji@Hime Before the last update the Elcyums needed for upgrading were 41. U did mention that the elcyums quantity will rise but u only posted a pic with blessed r99 to r110 not bloody and I thought that that was it and the bloody price wouldnt be affected. That is not the case though. Atm u need 102 Elcyums some gemstone R(normal amount) and 9b adenas. With the current adenas drop and amount rate (low low low low low) and with fishing yielding at best 1 elcyum per 2 days(with fancy fishing rod) it would take 204 days to get the Elcyums needed to upgrade. By that time we gonna get new updates, lol, it is ridiculous!! ANY chance u could lower the adena and Elcyum amount needed for that upgrade r99 bloody/dark to r110 bloody/dark or make it like it was or make it like 70% off adenas and elcyums for a limited time like u did with the forgotten skills 1-5 that needed adenas and u cut the prices there? Also I got a Caster. My +12 gonna go to +10 after I've upgraded it. Now the heavenly scroll allows fighter weapons to 100% enchant to +12 but not mage weapons? Considering the state of Feohs atm isnt that a bit silly? Any chance of also removing that penalty/restriction from the Heavenly Scroll we get from hero coins? Thanks!

could u at least add the red libra npc that gave the red buff(rose) for 8h? the lag is still here and that buff would really help farming without dying due to high latency! @Juji@Hime

you need to boost adenas amount and drop rate at least 50%!! adena farming to be able to buy stuff is a joke!!

Why would you include Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Holy/Dark Elemental Jewels in the prize list of the boxes at the sales event when you can get these from the NPC Atrribute Master? @Juji@Hime thanks

Greetings, Since you did not include the updated mentees mark shop, do not know why to be fair, how are existing players whose level is above 105 gonna get the Atlas Earring? When a mentee graduates, in that graduation box received by email you get something called Veterans Mask, which you can enchant by buying scrolls from the alleged updated mentees mark shop. Now, how exactly are we supposed to get these scrolls, Enchant scrolls:Veterans Mask, in order to upgrade it? Mentioned in YOUR patch notes is that the brooch can be enchanted up to +10 by using the corresponding scrolls right? Where can we get them scrolls I wonder? Ether is still dropping uncontrollably when it was supposed to drop at a 120 daily cap and when you do get it, the systems message is that you can get up to 2 Ether per day. What about the alleged Prestige Rune update? We still have the same useless *** from it, AND WE CANNOT EVEN USE THESE(Adena Amount rate +300%) FOR THE LAG IS SO GREAT. Why arent you installing an antibot/antiscript program like GameGuard or whatever else you think its best to stop or detect script/bot users because at the moment 70% of the online toons are on autopilot!! @Juji@Hime and @ whoever is responsible!!!! We are not only losing time and enjoyable gaming hours but also money thrown away to Prestige Runes and Exp/Drop rate Runes which we cannot use to full capacity due to this infernal lag and disconnects and occasional queues! And the cherry on top is that you dissapear for a week and there is noone giving any answers or responses even to our complains. Good Job, keep it up PS: Try to understand that the ncoin prices are exceedingly high. Try making next week a cloak event with REASONABLE prices!!! Compensate us somehow!!

What name shaming? So basically you only need to beat around the bush and never actually doing something about it. what about the other posts? U cut us off from very very important in game items that other regions have FOR FREE only so you can then later propose ''events'' (sales) and have us pay to get them otherwise we would be less and less unable to compete at the endgame? Why dont you install GameGuard or ANY other program that would detect 3rd party programs, any Antibot-Antiscript protection? Greetings, @Juji@Hime The new item Ether, its daily cap is supposed to be 120, at the moment I dont think there is one. Farming in Dino isle for scrolls and end up getting only ether(with a +200% Drop rate rune). Tried to farm up Ether and then go to Dino isle(120 its supposed limit daily) but Ether simply never stopped dropping from mobs, definitely more than 120 a day. The mentor reward system is a joke honestly, but I noticed the other day when I got the mail with my Mentees Mark, that IN that automated text and mail, that YOU composed, says that I can use the rewards to get Freya Ice Roses, Honey Dark Beer, Shining Dragon Attribute Potion, Altas Earring, Veterans Mask, Shining Nevtis Gold Sandglass, Emperors Special Cocktail, Enchant Blessed Scrolls for Dragon Shirt/Circlet/Bracelet, Shiny Platinum Ornament!!! Its not enough that you *bleeped* us over with the mentor/mentee system, NOW YOU MOCK US WITH IT? On another note, mobs in Isle of Prayer sometimes glitch and dont hit back( L O L ). HALF if not more of the player base is on scripts abusing the system and the tolerance of ncsoft(?). Adena sellers are also still here FYI. A bit of a lattency issue but it is not unplayable like many times in the past. Transfers are still closed as well. The list of the things you can buy with Hero Coin is a bit outdated, maybe update it? Not adding the feature where I can exchange dragon shirt blessed enchant scrolls for Noble and Rind Dragon Shirt Upgrade Stones was a VERY cheap move, honestly. Hit below the belt! Still refusing and deleting the added feature to get Jewelry Boxes from mammon like other regions of ncsoft is a bad bad move from your part(ignore the player base, and only ask them for money). Last but not least, the Admins/GMs/Management/Producers absence from the forums and in game is something you need to work on! Better activity from our management please, not only once a week, if that! Cloak event would also be nice but not with insanely high prices and greed. Normal prices so most people would afford it!! Maybe start making a post with future updates to help and inform us what to expect? Cheers
