They just copy+paste "patches" "updates" which they got sent from Korea, So even wissp or hermes "lead dev" dont have a clue what kind of changes they just pasting in every wednesday.

Korea dont have plans to rework this , More loot boxes and class changes for this year from Dev Letter for 2023

You can add NC launcher to Nvidia or Process which is running i think its easier this way, Dont forget game is old as hell so sometimes Nvidia doesn't like to support 32bit games and will shut L2 off randomly

Game style would be same as old servers pay to win , So instead of having some items you will have nothing.,. pointless to open new server

As I'm aware they block any type of VM's so WSL is classed as virtual environment by NClauncher , by the global standards the Launcher suppose to stop running and not to prevent apps from launching as it would be a big breach for privacy if they can prevent apps from launching.

They try to put fingers in to many pies so they cant catch up , GW2 had an update, Aion classic due to roll out soon also as I heard , We have 3 versions of same game (live/classic/aden) Aden is pretty much same thing as classic with no content, They cant make content for x3 same games and keep them different in same time , that's my guess, Probably understaffed also, and I think Korea is most focused at new game launch rather than looking at NCwest region, Look at the updates, events and sales we are getting here and for comparison Japan , they got sales with +32 Limited weapons for months now what we got, A random Loot box'es with insane price tag which contains buff potions (roses, honey dark beer and Dragon attribute potions..) Another sales which was Dragon chest was a total flop , Bad rewards + reduced rates to near impossible and we just had a reply "that they will take this in to consideration on next sale" I dont know to be honest a bit depressing now its just daily thing which I got used to: log in look at the people in towns and log back of at the moment P.S. Also forum--- to support community and keep complaining about quality of the game that is also part of the daily task

I think there will be no update on his/her toon as I doubt that he/she is "playing"

There is no best summoner now , they all bad on pvp or pve , Even ISS(buffer) is better on PVE and PVP than summoner.. It's very outdated class left forgotten for ages now , avoid summoner class if you have any other options

You have to try like 10-15 times eventually you will get in , its been reported numerous times with errors -1 or 000 or SQL error codes.. Just try eventually you will log in..

At least L2Pass is some kind of quest in this game , as there is no quests or dungeons to do..

Anyway nice form of communication all comments and poll will get ignored and there will be silence again from wednesday-wednesday, But nice try tho , better than nothing like before

Well my enquiry to playNc was pointless , They told me to contact to NcWest to escalate any issues, which we know lack of communication wont get solved as you can't get any attention even with 300 posts to forum, hopefully the guy who sent enquiry to NCsoft.com get better results 

Well at least you have replied.. you could adjust rates back to normal or even increase them more than before to show a goodwill.. but nah.. why bother with us "How to aproach future promotions" lower rates even more to get rid of more players

I've sent enquiry to playNC.com last time they replied to me very kindly , hopefully they will reply me this time also Well I was playing NW for awhile customer support and communication between them and players was ace , cant complain.

Welp , need to send nice email to Korea to find out why our communication is so bad as we get 0 communication , or just report them as publishers , hopefully amazon will take over

They wont log in to forum till Wednesday excuse to not communicate... Spent my last 2400 Nccoins which I had in my account and that's it I'm done , prestige's cancelled ages ago , now NCcoin will stop also

I dont have dragon weapon , but rewards with these rates are scandalous.. last year I managed to get few top items like seed 4 and some crap , for 50 euros now its nada..

They used their weekly limit on forum so probably not /instancezone (forum instance not available till next Wednesday)
