People who would benefit from regular dish exp , can't afford vitality tonics to craft daily ^^ meh we knew matchsticks is coming this year , and no exp event 7d vit rune would be ace at least

Santa Claus couldn't attend in L2 he is still having Covid from last year so no exp event for us..

That's usually on Anniversary, i think they skipped that last year but exp event was on year before , matchstick is not that bad also , 200% regular dish buff without vitality is a bit useless but still better than nothing.. i guess..

From year to year they put same events, Halloween+Black Friday (black market) Christmas(match stick+usually kamaloka) Anniversary (dancing cats) Red Libra(~March ,~September) If I'm not mistaken these events were monotonic for past 5-6 years, that's why people within a year buy and save some scrap in WH for a year for Libra and after starting storming forums if its late more than a week, because it's pretty obvious what kind of event's we are getting and what time we can expect them:)

Game is monotonic at the moment everyone looks like in the army now with same uniform back in a day there was more options to chose from , especially C/B/A grade armors a lot of options plus you could chose armor set by your playstyle(status.vise) , at the moment it is R99 or R110 or bless exalted armor which looks like r110 or regular exalted which looks like r99 , I think this have been suggested before ,same with weapons but they removed scrolls for some reason for weapons, as it was hard for them to restore weapons with app once they crystallised with restoration tickets

Armor wise , blessed exalted +10 is best option for budget players who dont like to spend a lot on a game and it will last you up until ~115 , r99 blessed or dark/bloody +10 obviously are better but expensive to get , and probably waste of time and Adena better focus on r110 +8 and above, About weapon scrolls they are event(sale) scrolls usually comes with "black market" sale ,at the moment you can get x1 from amazon prime gaming(code) x1 scroll , so now there is some in game which you can buy from Auction House NPC or other players , Money wise smartest move would be for same amount which you would spend to make exalted +12 weapon you can buy NCoins and sell "sale" items/boxes in giran and buy r99 +12 or r100+12 bloody weapon , depending on your class as even on sale those scrolls are overpriced compared to in game prices, and obviously after you can trade/sell your weapon for a better one with time , I did pretty similar thing I had +12 standard weapon r110 saved up about ~30 ~40b trade it for bloody as it was cheaper than to make bloody myself ,and after trade it to limited same way , obviously do you math before trading as it was worth for me at the time to do so also depends on elcyum and etc. prices

There was few people who bought 160 coin boxes before they got removed , they barely write English , so I doubt that they will get in touch with support.. they just got scammed by officials

Well it was long time a go but as I remember someone tried to enchant cloak with regular scroll (scroll of enchant:cloak) the one which is from 0 to +10 and upon failure enchant didint go down by -1 , same with legendary ones upon failure from +10 to +20.. I had only two enchants in my WH so.. lol i tried also.. when everyone jumped on the band wagon like 2 minutes before rollback Obviously there was no scrolls for grabs as I remeber as there was no sale in NcStore at that time, So who stockpiled them went mental to enchant cloaks to +20, Brevant Ando arturious and others , I think there is still some screenshots in discrods with nicknames who made it +20 The only thing I can say instead of +10 I would have had +12 if they havent rolled back

We get least content compared to other regions, we get most expensive NCcoin price across all Lineage 2 regions, basically NCwest is like second child in this situation... Last year 2021 once they introduced new enchant system or new enchanting user interface , with regular enchants for cloaks people on THEIR MAINS enchanted cloaks to +20 with 100% success rate , obviously they tell friends and they did it also.. There was like 15 nicknames on screen who was enchanting cloaks to +20... Juji pulled rollback within few hours and people did that on their MAIN Toons by knowing its an exploit and everyone still did that and got away with using exploits.. And it was not random people but Heroes who spend thousands a month..

I would rather have more dmg and P def same as tyrr DK , than having mana shield which is useless, Without rose solo farm example: With DK 108 I farm easily solo in field of silence (+10 blessed exalted set with ruby Lv4/red cat lv3 rest are greater gems, top book +3, radiant +3, some artifacts +3, limited +12 cloack +10) With feoh 113 similar gear in field of silence with (x4 greater gems saph/cats/emeral/diamond +12 limited , +10 blessed set, +3 radiant, +2 rind, top book +3, some artifacts +3 cloack +10) And with DK I farm without rose with no sweat , with feoh if I use mana barrier I die due to MP as its gone within minutes, if I don't use mana barrier I have to step 20 metre away from mobs and gamble if I will be alive after few hours as if more than x3 mobs will reach me before they die I'm dead... So dont tell me that "mana barrier" is OP as F... as it is piece of sh.. even on PVE, farm blue mobs with mana barrier maybe ok... with 113 feoh in Aligator or Tanor (108 farm zone) yeah you can solo... 5lvl lower spots..

Well I can say you haven't played Feoh vs Sigel in Oly I can see.. Sigel pulls you non stop , silence from shield boomerag(if im not mistaken that blue shield skill) If you apply mana barrier you get your MP drained while on silence and just hit tank with retributer like "bad word" so in OLY it is optional when you apply mana barrier as it can cost you a win , if you use it straight away you have lost the fight as one shot will drain your all MP.. About debuffs within mixed party you can squeeze more % p def and ignore defence debuffs than with feoh x1 Ruin debuff which reduces 30% m def.. Snare is alright if you hit 5lvl lower mobs same with mana barier mobs should be green or blue to use these kind of skills for solo farm in low lwl spots otherwise mobs will drain your MP within 2sec, I farm faster and more with dagger solo hits than with feoh aoe in low lvl zones.. and feoh got better gear.. Not talking about weight penalty , 50k spiritshots feoh cant move with 87% penalty... Tyrr/dagger 150k shots 58% weight penalty..

Unfortunately no , That's a cap for run speed , with Bloody Sword of Zariche/Aka you get maximum speed 300, Obviously that's why they introduced jump skills which are ace if you need to run to specific location fast

+1 it is annoying as f.. so also for Christmas season 7day vit rune would be ace

Just I'm not sure why they keep that notification window when you have to press OK to see results , As if it fails you can see it in system window above chat even before you press OK to show results, as it shows in yellow "you have acquired weapon +?? obviously with less enchants" if it doesn't fail then you have to click on OK to see if its +1 or +2 is successful? P.S. GZ tho
