Fix evasion

Hi @Juji and @Hime.  Evasion seens the worst problem to the players who need that to farm. O lot of players are using heavy sets in classes that suposed to wear light sets. Surprisingly, the benefits to use a heavy set is better then passive skills for light sets (if evasion doesnt work, something need to compensate, in this case, P.Def.). If you use the system damage log, you will see no evasion register, like we have when shield defend works. So please, take a look on that. We need more evasion to continue playing with this classes.

+1 on this. Evasion is a non working stat. L2 nerfer so much daggers... but why?, being a dagger is never easy, wwhy would you kill this classes?.
Warriors now can cancel fight buffs, perma rush, perma stun.
On daggers the only debuffs landing are: Critical Wound and Bleed. Not even bluff is working as intended. Not even talk about Shadow Step (it suppouse to micro-stun, but this never worked).

I know this ppl love ponys, but can you at least stop nerfing some classes.

Especialy for melle character since mages are so overpowered vs melle.
