i never seen type of event like this.. no info in the forum, pvp zone bugged, ppl killed ppl behind wall of casting room.

but it was funny becouse i saw a server in decadence.

There was a topic where people were asking for any clarification on event conditions and @Juji and @Hime ignored it. 
So the only condition to receive event reward was: 

Siege: Attack Successful

(Clan Lv. 10+, Character Lv. 85+)

Many people from different clans did not receive any reward, because they were not in PVP zone of their castle by the end of siege. This condition was not mentioned anywhere. @Juji and @Hime  we need our reward, we should not pay for your typos/lack of explanation.

NCwest became long time ago private  server, RMT flows, bugs ++++, impossible items restored, prices in L2 store are very expensive and the rewards nonexistent, Lag and disconnects are on daily basis, @Juji is here only with the name (no info to community, does not deal appropriately to complains, gives no explanation when ppl are asking something). Certain program works and they know it works and they allow this by doing nothing. Restoration policy being abused every day,  certain people getting impossible items. So why ppl complain about a bugged siege event ? Expect more to come, this NCwest lost the control of server, lost credibility, it's a waste of time.

Nc Must think on event to get Back who quit The game , and think on something real good for ego still plays, if The politics of this fantastic events continue i guess server Will dead !
