Known Issue: Jeni's Secret Shop Issue - Adena Box Not Delivered - Compensation

Hello everyone,

As informed earlier, we will properly reward all affected players who have not received the Adena Box from the first rounds of the Jenis Secret Shop event. Please see the details below:

Next week, during the maintenance, on 8/10, our team will be providing the following reward to all affected player's warehouses:

• 1 Billion Adena

For players who won the prize more than one time, the Adena amount will be adjusted accordingly to match.

Furthermore, the issue where the box had the wrong name in-game has been fixed from saying 1 Billion Adena to 100 million Adena, and all boxes are being delivered normally, with the correct amount, after the fix on Thursday. However, for those who participated before the fix, we will honor the prize that had been communicated at that time.

We apologize for the event's issue and look forward to making things right for all affected.

That's great, an honorable attitude. Keep up the good work @Hermes, we know that changing business issues from one moment to the next is impossible, but we hope and trust that this process will someday be finished, and then, someday, we will have dev's and the community speaking the same language.

@HermesThe whole event would be even more interesting if there was more luck involved. With this setting it is just "last momment" mouse clicking. On Naia, the top prices are delivered just once a day since there is not enough traffic to release them (ususally as last items).

I would suggest this setting:

1. Randomly sorting all the prizes ( 6x7000 + (?) 6x500 + 10 )
2. Releasing of these prizes in this server - round specific order.
3. Of course you can keep one top prize in the last spot just to keep the lot alive.

This would encourage more players to get involved even if the traffic is not that high.

I think what you mean is, other versions of the game give better rewards and you didn't properly adjust the name for the amount given, only the adena, as this is not the first time this happened. Just as other versions have the Eisenhad store to help prevent prices from skyrocketing (Literally every server except NA), or have events that are free and give out really good gear (Korea) , OR have loot boxes and if you buy a certain amount you're guaranteed the top item  (Japan). 

@Hermes Thank you for at least giving us what was advertised, in the past they wouldn't have done that, so at least we're making progress.

That's right, the same issue happened last time, the box was called 1billion, but gave 100 mil. Clearly, other regions have it better, there were so many emergency maintenances due to adding the content from other regions.

Thumbs up for Hermes for at least giving affected players 1bil. If I remember well they did not get such a compensation the last time. I can see he is trying to be active on forums and he is able to push some little things through

Yes great work, and best solution to a problem that I have seen.
