We’ve been investigating recent reports of lag and login related issues and have yet to identify any cause. We would like to begin gathering additional information from players who are experiencing any such difficulties.

If you are having issues logging into Lineage II, or are experiencing lag or server disconnects, please submit a ticket to our Customer Service department:

Please include your geographic location, server name, as well as any other pertinent information that may help us pinpoint the issue. Thank you very much!

I have one week now open conversation with GM Team about huge lag spikes in Greece and problematic log ins and disconnections. What feedback are you talking about when a whole community is shouting and you replying to the patient one that is our connection/pc problem.... Guys we are your customers for like 15-20 years and have reached 35++ years old... PLEASE do not play with our intelligence,respect your job ,our money and time... @Hermes @Wissp

It's incredible how it takes u guys few minutes  for an issue around  ncoins , and about an issue that really troubles  many  people  from many different countries that persists since almost 2 weeks  now u do  absolutely nothing.Beforehand just to inform you and any other "smart" person here who gonna talk about internet provider and similar things, no my internet connection is fine,I contanct them several times they even sent techician to check. Problem is from you.Fix it.

I T   I S      I M P O S S I B L E  to play this game from Greece in the past week!!!!!!!

today it got to a whole new lvl ....no log in at all.

Lost event...

Lost a trade ....

It blows my mind that a game that is soooo pay to win to be having such bandwidth problems .

For one again,about this big big investigation about lag... You make the worst job about the game... Lag/ping/ random dc/ teleport after dc... The PvP servers ( private) have less lag than official which we pay for nothing in the end...

2022 and we have lag ....in official server... 

For all the players cancel the subscriptions/ runes...maybe will understand

Hello,

I know that you have a little structure, maybe like 3 technicians GM, 1 admint, 1 or 3 dev, and what about server test, and what about if the administrator do the work of system, network, databases, lot of things to manage, but some  admint not specialist on 1 specific domain, even if they touch  all , each post normally his professional, in the best world. I know it s not the structure as Korea, cause you re a franchise.

I understand but it s been few times this problems persist for them, so in any cases need to be done, fix.

fantastic after open ticket the answer is... check your directx dialog.. fantistic..

no sense.. 

my prestige go away and 1 day put on the trash vitality rune gone.. this is the fantastic service..

 

but the really funny thing.. 

i explain my lag and dc problem and the answer is check your dxdialog!!!!!

C'MON...

btw are 2 weeks ppl hase dc and lag problems..

ok so i spoke to early about dc and lag problems resolved...

it is possible a payment service like L2 is so bad?

i don't understaand why or ncsoft joking us.. or ncsoft is a fault company.. because is really target base if you want ppl pay for a service this service must work ..

i said must because or if you became a totally free or if you make paytowin event or something else like rune prestige and destiny pack YOUR SERVICE MUST WORK

or your rune need to work only when you login or refound all of us for spend money without play..

 

so i'm italian i want to play in this game i can play only 4 hrs for day and every day with ncsoft politics event like rune vitaliy.. is impossible to play so what can i do? 

 

P.s.: why ncsoft continue perform autohunting and macro sistem if i have dc?? my god some gm answer me..
