This happens for sure, when you reset your Revalation Skills (for 100 million at the Tomb of Souls). If you exit the game and login again, the problem is solved!

NCsoft do something about melee Attack Speed. It's like we are playing in slow motion and it has been more than a year now. Did you think we'd forget?! Our chars are useless.

That is my point exactly. There shouldn't be any difference between the 2 card types. They should work cumulatively! Anyway... If only this was the game's bigger or only problem.

The Orc Ruler of Aden card, that we can buy from SNAKE (card Master) for 1 Gemstone-R or 36 Crystals-R do not add up to the 200 needed to by CONSUMABLES from him. I have 199 Orc Ruler of Aden cards, plus 1 Orc Ruler of Aden card (event), bought from SNAKE and when I try to buy a CONSUMABLE the count is 199 only!
