This makes us distrust you, and feel that this is ingenuine. We all know all the areas you listed are areas of opportunity, and in some cases just broken. Boss Raids -This too is more of a statement, At least on Naia there are really only two clans that show up to compete, again this is due to lack of rewards on boss and such a massive lack of gear on other players. Events -List all your events for people to vote on their favorites, this would give you an actual idea on what they like Missions and Quests -Completely confused on this one, these don't exist anymore for all intensive purposes. Dungeons -Other than daily zones... these two really are obsolete, provide us ideas 2. What is your best wish for Lineage 2 in 2023 Shorter Content Update Cycles -Ask the community what content they would like to see and how often More/Improved Events -List all your events for people to vote on their favorites, this would give you an actual idea on what they like More/Improved Promotions -Add more promotions where there is an actual chance to get rewards to progress our character without spending millions of dollars. -Would you like to see % chance for each reward -Would you like to see lower prices -Would you like to see improved chance to get top items to balance gameplay etc Balance Improvements I could go on forever, and 99% of these are already covered in your forums by the community. Your team already knows where the imbalances are, you should be providing options on what your team should focus on. Example -GEAR - it is unobtainable for 99% of the server, this needs fixed, you want more people interested, get them gear, so they can compete and not just afk xp for nothing, this is a pvp game after all. -Gear - for top end items like god jewels, make them bound, for example charge a fee of say 40billion per item to activate the stats on them, this would strongly discourage sharing top items for pvp / oly. -Software - illegal software ruins this game, you are aware of it, many other game platforms detect it, and they strongly enforce it Class Balance -Evicerator - with current game items Steel mind is permenant -titan - Damage is too high when player uses guts. -dk - seriously, damage output while in defensive mode is not balanced in any way shape or form -othell - evasion straight up doesnt' work against 99% of other classes, in mass pvp or solo, -yul - actually isn't bad except cooldown on flare is WAAAY to low. give 0 chance to any hide class seer/othell -mage - crit cap is good, mana barrier with top gear is broken, and too much Game Items With todays content and Swords / Pvp etc Legacy items that are no longer available to obtain such as legacy agathions, rock, boutiful ressurection, jump skill etc create a MASSIVE imbalance for playing and obtaining rewards, give players options to vote on: -do we remove them - vote -do we make them obtainable by all - vote Server and Performance Improvements -This one is easy, you should post all the known issues with game, and have us vote on which ones we feel you should fix first. 3. PvP or PvE? Player vs. Player (PvP) -Your vote here will be inaccurate, nobody participates because only a handfull have gear to compete. Look back to C1, C2, C3 of the game, where thousands all with similar gear competed and it was amazing fun Player vs. Environment (PvE) -Same here, its about gear, people get frustrated and leave because they can't gear as they level.

Thats the point a number of the prestege ppl that cancelled did spend a lot and aren't going to now, there is literally no point to now, they cannot upgrade.

The point is stand up for yourself, if the service and product is bad don't buy it. I am aware of 30-50 packs cancelled, thats 9k of yearly income they lose. Those that continue to pay for this are not helping correct the situation. Community needs to stand up for its self and make a statement say 500 of us do it. That's 100k. If the same people don't spend in events,, now your talking a million dollars. Losing income maybe they get the point this form of marketing / racketeering is wrong. #CancelL2 Don't bait your customers with a good event and then ruin it.

I predict mass exodus of a good number of players in the next 4wks. I wouldn't be surprised after this scam if their sales don't go down 25+% That'll wake up some execs, too late unfortunately

Day 1 sales were probably good with everyone expecting the same quality event we had in 2022, and until people saw the rates and realized we got scammed by ncsoft since the success is less than half of 2022. They won't realize it until its too late for us and them. Sad really, already investing in a different game to start a new hobby. Will be f2p here now. Horrible customer experience!!!

Although I don't disagree with you. Some use this game as a hobby, all hobbies cost money if you want to enjoy them to their fullest. Every customer has a right to be pissed when the company that controls their hobby screws them over. I saw Jeff Andersons post about bringing this company out of bankruptcy. He has to be unaware of how pissed the player base is and how many AREN'T spending because of this crap. Ill be linking him this thread on linkedin.

Agreed, will not even be tempted to spend, and anyone who does with these success rates needs their head examined. You can buy some of the items in game for half as much as it cost in ncoin to craft in this event.

Again I will say to the gms .. LISTEN Want nc to make a bigger profit?? Want the servers not to die?? Want to bring actual pvp back?? LET EVERYONE GEAR UP. MORE WILL SPEND, THAN JUST A FEW WHALES THERE IS NO PVP BECAUSE ONLY 12 PEOPLE HAVE TOP GEAR TO COMPETE. LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERBASE

What they didn't think of is if 20% of the spenders quit.. because we've had it, 20% of their staff for this game will be promoted to customer

These enchant rates are absolutely horrible. There is no way to reasonably make upgrades this player base needs. Why do you have to ruin a good event. I can tell you a lot of people will quit from this, they only stuck around in hopes to have a chance at this event and progress their character. Now they will leave, fix this event!!!!

@Wissp Can we please get an explanation? A large number of individuals are worried that the money they just spent was somehow wasted if something wasn't operating as expected. An explanation will likely prevent a ton of support tickets.

there's no way, they have found something... as i've seen 10-20 heaven crafted by 3 ppl in 12hrs

@Wissp @Hermes Is there currently a Heaven Talisman combine exploit?? I have see the same players craft dozens of heaven talismans in the last 12 hours, more than i've seen combined in the last 12 months

@Wissp So no fix to pk system exploit/bug or cursed sword bug/exploit in timed zones?

Is the PK/Rep scroll unlimited use anywhere a feature or bug? Kinda defeats the purpose of the Cursed village update if it's working as intended.

@Wissp With the update, When the cursed sword player cages you you do not get sent out of the daily zones (EG PI, IOS, etc) like prior to the event. This is wasting all your time, this is being exploited now and wasting all the time you bought with ncoin. This is not right.
