I do agree and kinda disagree. @Hermes @Wissp You can see how upset othell are about being completely ignored for years and being overall completely imbalanced, mostly in pvp a huge aspect of this game. Please see my previous posts in other threads I don't want to type all the things that are outdated again. Really i only disagree as the class could be balanced NCsoft just refuses to do it. If you continue to ignore the othell class I would agree exchange for certain weapons should be allowed, specifically single and dual dagger weapon. If you allow it for all weap, server will be 100% titan.. and even more imbalanced.

Kind of exactly the point im trying to make, i have friends that play all other classes, the other classes are way more "updated" / efficient than dagger. In pve they can make 2x the xp / hr that othell makes. Yes we can easily afk solo, but so can they more efficiently in the way they have updated the zones. Moresoe we are supposed to be assassins in pvp, squishy but hit hard. This is no longer the case with all the p.def/m.def boosts they have given other classes in the game when comparing an equally geared dagger to tyrr / feoh / evi / dk. The skills / damage / evasion / removal of lethal, the 80/20 hit ratio, and extreme number of dagger resist items has negated most of our dmg. Is completely outdated and needs adjusted to create a balanced play environment.

I see in reading the patch notes that Othell was ignored again in this update, this makes many years straight. I see other DD classes again get more damage boosts,(along with a few bypass defense nerfs) creating a much larger gap in balance between other classes and Othell. @Wissp Could you please provide dev feedback or reasoning for this? The Remaining Othell players really would like to understand why.

Been watching shops on naia as an indicator if anyone is buying hero chests. 6 hours, 1 shop, has sold 1 chest Hope ncsoft gets the point, that people aren't going to participate.

@Wissp you say you listen to your community, listen to this, we have complained for YEARS! I'm a lv121 dagger, with "ok" gear, no where near the top but i've been here for 10+ years. We as daggers are painted in a corner, NCsoft HAS REFUSED FOR YEARS TO UPDATE OUR CLASS. With the exception of 1-2 dagger players that have every maxed out top item in game, our class is completely broken. They keep boosting tyrr/dk/mage and it's made it that much worse in pvp for dagger class. And since we cannot even switch to a different class, the least NC could do is make this class stronger to be worth being stuck. Hide is completely useless, NCsoft has failed to get botting under control, Adrenalin sees us in hide, and any archer / aoe class just aoe/flare anytime we get close. Evasion, % evasion too low.. we die aoe 1 shot, and idt i've ever evaded a sonic star from a tyrr, or aoe from dk.... 80/20 rule where if we don't crit, 20% of the time we do no damage is BROKEN, no other class misses like that,. If we gonna get 1 shot by all other classes, remove that 80/20 and boost our dmg so we at least take 1 enemy with us. Anything, something. Leathal no longer works... why?!?!? that would be a good offense against a tyrr which has ranged atk, guts, barrier, aoe etc etc etc. Nothing a dagger can outlast so sometimes maybe we get lethal luck and can kill one. All other dmg class have a decent aoe with huge range.. wtf is our nerfed, small range, low dmg, every other class can exp in mass with aoe and 2x quicker than this dd class etc.etc.etc I implore you to contact one of the upper class daggers, any of us, hyperlite, handsfree, me, lorekarf etc. we can give you a hundred things that are broken compared to other classes. I'm not even asking to be OP, just equal.

Aren't they legally supposed to post odds, for any form of a physical or virtual lottery where you pay money for physical/virtual goods? Yes you are paying money, you bought ncoin with real money. hmm gonna research

Boxes again are trash, They are creating such an imbalance between the dozen whale p2w players and the rest. What they fail to realize is if they gave worthwhile rewards more regular people would spend and outspend the whales and they would make more money, and their user community would be happier.. This is killing pvp, nobody can gear up in general, and makes the game no fun to pvp, so people just don't. not to mention they cater to only 1 or two classes to be op. again kills the desire for more people to participate pvp.. they completely ignore classes that are outdated, dagger, summoner, etc. this is killing the fun of the game at some point they have to offer a reasonable way for the community of players to compete more effectively or they will all be without a job.. as the userbase will migrate to another game where they can do this.

72 ncoin/box .. to get items that are cheaper to buy with adena in game at this moment. 3/4 of this list is TRASH. The other 1/4 you will again put at a 0.00000001% chance to get. Seriously, i will continue not to spend this event is unbelievably bad, contains NOTHING the player base needs.

They did same thing with Forgotten's. and other items, as we all know, it's what everyone is saying same process they did before. If the glove fits... that's my bet.

Still waiting please on % chance for each item in Kaliel boxes. we have seen 0 drops on naia to my knowledge..

They will just put them in store so we have to pay Ncoin is the rumor.. that is why they are draining server.

Is anyone aware of anyone getting top items on Naia? The fact the GM's won't even respond leads me to believe someone got the decimal in the wrong spot on the chances.. and no i won't buy, is a ripoff and starting to believe this one is a scam.... especially since NC won't post chances for chests and each item.

@Hermes @Wissp We want a refund for all boxes opened. Not joking, not in the slightest. 3 days, ZERO top items have dropped from the kaliel event in naia. We can only assume this means the event is bugged or a scam. Please post % chances for these items

I disagree, they have time to develop new classes, they have time to balance old ones. Period! They also need to fix the DK and sonic star aoe skills too.... so wrong that those skills go through walls in oly..... And they won't fix it if we don't complain about it.

Fix the classes and skils (balance) this 100%!!!!!! dagger skills are 10 years old and completely out of date to everyone's jump, dash, guts, ud and damage.

Maybe GMs understand this math 17 stones, for $100. Or in market now 5b ea Odds of top aug are 0.001% right? 1 in 1000. Using this logic, and since most game success odds take at least the max number of tries in my experience, we will say I must go 1000 tries. That's about $5,900 Or 5t in adena WTAF do you see the problem here @Hermes @Wissp

Please come to naia... chrono is filled with whales and tons of gear. Please come see the huge difference here to get a true experience of how bad it is here.

In addition, we all suspect NC is draining the server intentionally of top boosts, eg brilliant rose to force us to buy with ncoin soon... if that true.. thats total crap.. Your player base would be much more likely to spend if rewards were better and players could gear up better to enjoy the game.

Event is crap, rewards suck for what you invest... another pay to lose. This is why I stopped spending on events Many months ago. I saved adena for years.. failed > 3tril adena worth of upgrade tries.. your system is broken for non whale players. @Hermesyou really need to look at your player base, upgrades are impossible.. unless your a whale. I bet ncsoft would make a lot more money if chances were better for everything. More lower would spend. People have stopped spending on a snowballs chance in hell of getting something good.

For all those complaining about oly and being unfair i agree. Ultimately thou looking only 2-3 hero were lost to naia. However, using that same logic... chrono out spends naia 100:1 and every month and wins 80-90% of the heros every month. Compared to naia, chrono completely outgears us. So that too is unfair. Also in exp event chrono populatuon and groups took up 90% of dethrone spots. That too is unfair. Ultimately money rules and bullies the game unfortunately and naia is at a distinct disadvantage .

@Hermes Plz look at naia winners seems a user has figured out your event logic and gets a top reward every time. Imo thats exploiting the game. With thousands of players playing winning once ok gg, but winning top prize every event instance. Seriously.. something is not right there. Please investigate. I can confirm i saw i won at least 1, 1b adena box.. no adena no box or even yellow msg that I got it also... look into mechanics . All top wins came on naia at the exact same instant about 13 min in... and multiple winners in that instant to main and boxes of a specific player... exeq7er.... very suspicious

Why does naia get screwed and fewer boosts.... we already have fewer people and levels... this seems backwards to balance servers.... @Hermes Sure would be nice if you were to add shining/brilliant to naia side to try to help us balance servers

When using an othell shadow chase skill on uneven ground the skill casts but the character does not jump to the rear of the target. A good example if this is aden castle, the hill leading up to the castle from aden Town. When facing the castle, you cannot jump uphill. The skill casts, and I know this because my shilen will land on the target, but I must waste the entire shillen time running up to the target. When going horizontally left or right on that hill or chasing downhill there are no issues.
