  2. Play a dagger, your wrong when it comes to pvp, evasion is broken in all but one dagger class, maybe one dagger in game with top gear. Im sure $400,000+ investment. They still lose to top tyrr 100% of the time. Fake death any non tgt aoe hit you 1 shot. Dagger strong in single tgt pve yes. Counter stance last 10 sec, 2 min cooldown, its not 80% as skill states for sure, and it's only patk does nothing against m.atk, test it yourself. Ultimate evasion is pointless, only evades 50% so every other hit you are 1 shot. Problem is you can't get away, or assisinate, skill durations compared to other classes are too short with long cooldowns. And everyone can pop you out of hide. We only do 5-50k dmg all in against tyrr. All tyrr do is constant guts,barrier, face-off. Jump aoe,jump shoot repeat. Everyone dies, p.atk to p.def ratio is BROKEN Your wrong, play a dagger against tyrr,evi,feoh of same gear and lvl you'll see

  4. @Royal all skills up, I skill hit tyrr in guts for 50k at most with br. And I have decent gear. No skills up <5k a stab. We are pretty comparable.
  5. My point exactly those 3 classes are broken compared to all others. I have Lv2 dw. Im stuck in this class bc I cant change or lose all my skills and gear. Im just broke until they fix it, rerolling isn't an option
  6. Now feoh get barrier + dmg Tyrr still unkillable Evi now unkillable and has dmg.. Othell and summoner still completely broken classes specifically in pvp. Only chance we have is they forget to activate sm,guts,or barrier. Devs really screwed othell
  7. @Royal In response i do agree some of evi is completely broken and needs adjusted in game like my class. I do think the artifacts and dmg boosts will fix that. What i dont agree with is:. Hidden skills on oly: really need to say about it? Hide > SM not true.. they give you an agathion that pops us out and some classes can pop you out before the match even begins. Hide is useless unless you don't pick up the oly agathion. I do agree with your statement on needing 2x gear, but I do as well, dagger has to have a blood weap to even be able to live for 30 sec period. Otherwise all we have is : Cat eye, blue shirt and dispa, then we are 1 shot to almost anyone. And for the evis that have the legacy jump agathion none of us can get, all they have to do is jump backspin while in sm and everyone but tyrr/feoh die for 1 min+ we can't even run away. Really ALL legacy agathions need removed from game. With today's content, creates serious unfair advantages.
  8. Royal, I watch overdps, assuming he has max cooldowns including all the legacy items you can't obtain in game any more. Sm 1min ish. Then he can aka ud, time thats up He's in steel mind again 1min Once that's up goes giants Then is in steel mind. Even if your jailed hes unkillable for 3+ min. I have only dabbled with evi, nut i know what your saying. All im saying is the cooldown needs increased! My only defensive skill counter stance. My quickest cooldown is 2min for counter stance which lasts 10 sec.. and is only 80% effective. I don't mention Final ultimate evasion as the skill is completely broken. You only evade skills 50%. So your still 1 shot, 1 out of every 2 hits from an opponent. My class is broken period and hope devs make an adjustment. They either need to nerf evi/tyrr/feoh, or boost my class idc which. I for the nerf as its one of the possible solutions @Juji I genuinely appreciate your response,THANK YOU! its the first time I've got one from anyone. I explore you to investigate my class and forward ideas on to the devs. My class is horribly broken in pvp. Im very willing to contribute constructive ideas

Per Juji: The following skills will now have a fixed cooldown time: (ALL CANCELED) Gravity Barrier Summon Barrier Giant Barrier Mind of Steel Faceoff (edited) These NEEDED nerfed to BALANCE PVP!!!!!!, my class "Othell" specifically is completely unbalanced as it is, in PVP. These changes would have been GREAT to re-balance the pvp experience. so at least for a few minutes we can actually kill an evi or tyrr.... Now as an Othell we cannot pvp these classes period! It's been completely unfair and unbalanced AND BROKENT for a very long time. (Tyrr/Eviscerator) they have barriers/steel mind/ guts that my class cannot even compete against, and they literally are almost up 100% of the time with the number of cooldown items and legacy agathion's in game. i cannot even come close to outlasting their skills as they are up for so long, Othell's have NO skills to combat or compare to these classes, i can't even run since the legacy agathions are in the game still like the jump one that are unobtainable now. Before you mention hide.... everyone runs around with firework/flash macro.. hide too is pointless. it has been so long since Othell actually got a boost like these classes. Please how does NCsoft plan on creating a balanced pvp experience for Othell.. we are seriously broken in pvp against most classes. My ultimate hope here is an explantation for how my class is to compete in pvp now with this update. Most other classes have received updates, and their skills, defense, attack, evasion, barrier are in every way superior to othell. I have tested this, in open pvp, 1v1, even with me having 3-5 more levels and almost double the gear of an opponent. Tyrr wins 99% i cannot outlast their guts and barrier, between those its up for >1min their aoe range is too much to go with the extreme dmg they deal. And I rarely if ever evade attacks even with my evasion skills up. Eviscerator, wins 99% if they topaz you or stun with shillen, tạo skills tới cannot evade. Steel mind up too long. And with legacy jump agathions impossible to escape them. Feoh wins 100%.. even at lv120, and all skills popped most of us can't break mana barrier.. Dk is broken, dmg is insane. I get 1 shot from someone 10 levels below me if they have any gear. Yul is 50/50, this one is balanced Healer 50/50 is balanced Iss is 50/50 is balances Tank is 50/50 is balanced Summoners are broke they never win Seer can't comment nobody plays except oly Summary of what is broken for othell 1. Too many in game cheap ways to resist dagger. No inexpensive ways to resist other weapons. 2. Our evasion doesn't work, chance to evade % way too low given our lack of defense. 3.you have too many items in game to pop us out of hide. 4. Cooldown on hide if you keep those items in game is too high 5. Counter stance lasts 7 seconds for evasion. Compared to other classes, eg. tyrr guts is >1min, evi, steel mind >1min 6. Ultimate evasion.. % is way too low for chance to evade, and cooldown is way too long if thats how we are supposed to live 7. Magic debuff.... never lands due to feoh resistances.. 8. Shadow chase, never ever lands stun in pvp. Other toons resistances by default too high. 9. Flash, never ever lands, so they never lose target, opponent resistances by default are too high. Just to name a few things. Overall I explore you to test it yourself on equally geared toons. You will find my analysis is accurate. Please help me understand when our class can compete in pvp, and how ncsoft is going to address it. Those nerfs to the specific classes the devs removed, would have made us have a balanced chance 50/50

  13. can't if they end up doing toi 4,5,6 nobody to compete with then. They need an event that actually injects items back into the server, the market is really messed up as there is no supply.....
  14. @Juji I would like to provide constructive feedback. I think this event is good for some characters, but not for higher level characters. I won't be investing in it. We would like to see a scroll that lets us make cloaks +18 please. A few more suggestions.. People are using the transfer system to syphon off items from Naia, we are hurting here. I encourage you to look at Naia's shops and the auction house, they are nearly empty, so many items gone to Chronos, no artifacts or many other items left. People take them there to make insane adena profits. I will gladly supply screenshots of my attempts to buy bloods and other items from this event and because they aren't getting Chronos prices they are taking the bloods and other items there today. I suggest a ban on specific items being transferred, bloods, claws, weapons, etc. it's going to kill Naia. We need events that allow us more of a chance to get higher end items, and make it so they can't just be syphoned off our server to chronos

  16. It is true as an othell to effectively farm it takes greater than 1.5T in gear, as an othell I can attest to this. NCsoft has options here to keep their player base happy. My suggestions are: 1. Nerf of low level IoS was wrong for low players to obtain adena, and should be reversed 2. Claws... right now it's COMPLETELY unbalanced/unfair with people running programs to enter dragons, (NCsoft you know who they are.....) it's completely impossible for any other players to enter. I suggest they add to Dragon Valley and Fafurion Dragon Claws to drop system, even if 1:500,000 kills to allow all players access to these items. If you like to prevent farming unethecially, add the same limitation you have for Ether.. only 1 per week, as a suggestion, even at that would take me a year to get stg 2. 3. Removal of Blessing jewels to get god material should be re-added to game so all have a chance to make God jewels. 4. I think current drop rates for storm, PI etc are adequate. And the adjustments to Low level IoS would solve peoples gear problem in time in a balanced manner. 5. Bloods, I think the one option here is that if a toon picks up the sword.. they should have a chance to obtain a blood. As of right now only a handful of people are able to effectively pvp for bloods/fragments. Completely making the items unobtainable for any other player. This is unbalanced and unfair. 6. Tyrr needs nerfed.. PERIOD.. AOE is completely OP. 7. Greedy's I like the idea.. however.. they need to change the mechanics. People used bots to abuse the system, suggestions, make it so a player turns to stone if they have already killed a chest that week. Randomize the names. so it's impossible to run target macros to find them, that would force people to run and look for them, and give exp party's a better chance to obtain them. Heck make it part of a random low chance to spawn with a mob. so you actually have to be farming to have a chance to get a chest. Just my thoughts.
  17. it wasn't a bug, they adjust the pay table to be "reasonable" I am not one of the players that would scam another. i am the player that is at the point in the game where i need one of these weapons, and it's impossible to obtain.
  18. exactly what my best opens were, intermediate scroll and gran kain weapon. The more people i talk to it sounds like 0 items dropped... that's so unethical.
  19. Genuine question for everyone... Is anyone aware of any claws or top tier items dropping from boxes on naia before todays mainteance.. I know of 10's of thousands of boxes opened 0 high or top items dropped. NCSOFT, can you publish how many of these items actually dropped from your event? Yes i'm very sour that the ONE claw i was able to finally get after months of trying to buy one in game will be rolled back. And this wasn't a bug, it shows what the rates/items could be like for us compared to other regions.

I'm actually very upset... the NCwest rates are horrible compared to other regions.. i finally get 1 claw, after MONTHS!! of trying to buy them in game... finally the the rates became similar to other game servers for just a few hours... And now rollback.... @Juji There has to be a better solution to allow more players possible access to these items at a reasonable rate, and stop taking them away from players when by rare chance they get 1.
  21. Before people make this viral thinking i'm complaining I'm not. It's in my opinion an issue in the game. I am offering a suggestion for a game mechanic change around PvP. I suspect it was NOT the intention of NC to allow characters to damage other characters and flag while they are auto hunting with any of their skills. The Fault here is that if a player is flagged that is trying to start a war, approaches another player auto hunting certain skills can damage them, even if not intentionally. This allows clans to force war on clans that have no intention of using the PvP mechanics of the game. A simple change to the mechanics of the game requiring combat mode, the use of ctrl, or forcing targets to damage other players during auto hunt would solve this.
