Your idea is that you want to try different classes etc, when Red Libra is available. You also want to lean ALL the skills for each class that you change to...... okay. The problem here is yours, you have to bare the costs, if you decide to do that. It's not very hard to understand.

If you're in exalted, your options are limited to the clan quests and buying them. They drop in ToI and the clan instances.I usually make something like 16-30 per week. You do need a decent gear for that of course, but this doesn't change the fact that they do drop.

Both types of runes drop in-game, do you want me to show you the 500 I have in WH?!? Greater also drop, not that often, but often enough. Play the game. Earn the stuff you need.

These skills were introduced literally yesterday and you cry that you can't learn them? If you can't afford the 2 runes, farm ToI/Dethrone and you'll eventually get them. If you can't do that, you don't need these skills right now. This is a game, play the game.

CHs are pretty much useless now, just like Castles and Fortresses. I'm not sure what are they gonna do with them really, since removing them will lead to huge qq from the payers (sieges). A rework would be ideal, but it's a lot of dev hours and debug, which leads me to believe it might never happen. Also considering that l2 is at it's final stretch, I wouldn't hold my breath about it.

Do yourself a favor and start a new character, preferably Death Knight. You'll find the game way more enjoyable.

The current and most popular version of Counter Strike is CSGO, which was released in 2012. The first call of duty is not played by anyone. Not sure what were these examples you have given, but it didn't support your point at all. By the way, L2 turns 19 very soon.

It's a 18 years old game guys. It's a miracle that we still have an official support and new content. There is not much they can do to retain players at this point. Enjoy what you have, until it lasts.
