Some old events are not compatible with new updates. So it's likely that you don't get to see some old events because of that. And some events happen only once per year. So be patient

They're around. They just can't fix anything without the Devs patches from Korea. So everything takes longer since it's not up to them. The forum moderators that you see here are just that. Most of them never manage several forums for different games and probably most never played Lineage II. The same with support. The GMs and the rest, I assume are understaffed and have better things to do than monitor the servers 24/7.

This is not a thing and it will never be. At the moment you don't even have transfers between Naia and Chronos
but even when you will have them, "transferring" to another region is not doable, much less completely different systems like EU and NA.

There's a free anniversary event going on right now
and we just had 6 weeks of attendance list rewards. I know people don't consider this as good rewards, but they're really not that bad, and it's free "Stay competitive" comes from L2 Store events. If you don't want to spend money on this game (which is fine), you really have to adjust your expectations.
On the top 150 rank, all players are 110+ on their mains. So maybe when ranked players are 120+, they will give you free stuff until 110
it took them a long while to give immortal gear with mentee diplomas to 85 characters. Now you have paulina and exalted gear available to pretty much everyone (including some nice freebies as the brooch jewels, dyes, dragon shirt, circlet and so on). Never in the history of this game people had this much gear given away for free. Clearly it's impossible to make everyone happy -

Yes. On my old characters that were Exalted previously, I've received all the rewards, including the dragon shirt. It comes on the Second Exalted Quest Reward box, along with the Exalted talisman and the brooch jewels lvl 3, when you open the box.

The last brooch jewels event was held last November / December. It will probably be back again soon, but they might have other L2 Store events before that one.

There was only 1 calendar. Once you finish the rewards, it re-opens the first reward again so you can start over. There are 28 rewards (4 weeks) and the event usually lasts 5 weeks, allowing everyone to complete it, even if you miss a couple of days. This time the attendance event lasted 6 weeks.
After maintenance on Wednesday when the Joon agathion 30 days was up instead of the 30 day bloody rune, a lot of people decided to wait and reclaimed the bloody rune on the next day (when it was fixed on the emergency maintenance). If you ask me, 30 day perma rose with the joon agathion is not a bad reward at all, since freya roses are quite expensive at the moment
but everyone has their own opinion. It was a mistake on their behalf, but they solved it quite quickly.

PKing for spot is not a punishable offense. Extorsion would be, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
It sucks, but it's always been like that. There are "no PVP" timed zones. You can join those or just stay in town.

Dignity of the Exalted is on your Passive skills.
Blessing, Belief and Favor of the Exalted are on your Active skills (under Clan/Hero/Mentoring skills) and you need Spirit Ores to activate them.
Also the books only work when you are on your main class.

The event was up for more than 1 month and the wrong attendance was just for 1-2 days.

The stage is not random when you open the boxes. Each box contains a Shilen's Soul Crystal Stage 1 and 10 Shilen's Souls. You can "upgrade" the Shilen's via compounding with 1 Shilen's Souls per each try. If it fails to go to the next stage, it will break and you'll end up with Scattered Soul Fragment (which you should save. They might be useful in future events). And you have to try over again with another Shilen's Soul Crystal Stage 1.
This is not a 4th SA. It "replaces" the 3rd SA, where you usually use the Mystic Soul Crystal SA. And, like the Mystic Soul Crystal, can be applied in regular weapons and dragon weapons and demonic weapons as well. With the Mystic Soul Crystal you have 3 Special Abilities to choose from (Feoh, Tyrr, Sigel). With the Shilen's Soul Crystal you have 7 Special Abilities (War, Revelation, Greed, Punishment, Awakened, Disaster, Advent) and you can apply one of them to your weapon.

Did you read that some of the anniversary thingys were deployed during the update (1 week earlier than the actual event)? Like the dice on the clan quests and the Imperial Tomb double XP quest? Or you just like to QQ without a reason?
