I see double drops in my PI time earlier today. Drops are on all times.

you have items that say: patk/pskill crit dmg <- that means normal and pskill critical %, then you can't apply both damages on the equation.

for a non dagger class, the Patk would always apply and the p skill crit dmg would only apply when doing a crit with a skill.
lets say the following:
100 damage when swinging your weapon
200 damage when using a skill
300 damage when critting with a skill
Add 10% Patk and 10% P Skill Crit Damage:
110 damage when swinging your weapon
220 damage when using a skill
360ish dmg damage when critting with a skill
as for why they are additive vs multiplied, i dont know why. i can tell you damage behaves this way when you test.

ferios has to have the circle augment skill as the 2nd aug. 1st aug would be class dependant
elmordean would need the circle skill as 2nd aug, 1st would be class dependant
at least, this is my opinion of the top augs. maybe other people who use these cloaks have a different opinion. i use elmore only.

Once you are +10, you have to use the next version of the Giant's Codex: Superior Giant's Codex - Chapter 1. That is for skills +11 to +20.

You enchsnt your skills with giant's codex and superior giant's codex.
You can get these multiple ways, Olympiad, auction house, player shops.
Id recommend enchanting a skill to +7, and then using the blessed enchants.

Cloaks are permanent and tradeable, even with augments. They have to be legendary to be tradeable though.
You also have to be legendary to go above +10.

Also, whatever happened to the Greedy Chests? Was a good way to get high level jewels without having to spend a very large amount of adenas.
Last but not least, any chance of increasing the amount of adenas dropping? Maybe add some permanent boost on the drop rate in PI?
our next cloak event will have the super scrolls for 15 > 17 would be my guess.

The real question is, what is going on with Live servers? I don't know if you already got the message , but people are moving to other regions or quit. So there are some concerns.
- The current state of game is endless farm in timezones. IoS, PI etc. Most farmers also doing it with lots of characters by passing over gear. The difficulty of casual players to catch up is insane and i won't even mention new players. Where is the motivation for people to catch up and make the Live servers, Alive servers? Even the big wallet players, doing their farm instances and they log out, because there is nothing else to do.
- Where is the content for parties? And i don't mean the party exp zones, for 24/7 that only worth in exp events. What other things a party can do? Few Aden instances? One hour top? And then?
- Where is the motivation for sieges? Most people quit and leaving, because even if they spend a lot, they are receiving milions of damage as a result from the previous years hardcore pay to win events and methods. And the most funny part, is that big whales are also cashing out and looking for their way out because there is nothing they can do to have fun according to the money they spend.
-Is the Aden essence servers a sign for the end of NCwest Live servers?
- Other regions put the ingame store and somehow they have balanced their economy. You have any idea of the prices that NCwest servers has?
If you are thinking to end this journey, at least do it with some dignity.
i imagine l2 live has 2-3 years left for sure. past that, depends how much ncsoft ruins the game more.

Edit: The lack of readily available attribute boosting equipment is the biggest "screw you" from NC West right now. Even "end-game" players with "only" +30 weapons can't do DV and Fafurion because of low attribute attack.
yep, thats the reality of end game in l2. unless u have a 999 wep, bleep off trying to do anything after 118+

i am very sure that in2-3 month both servers will be "LIGHT" once people realise that NCWEST will cost 3x more than EU and will the worst paytowin festival.
Also i tried to understand if farming/playing market is viable to make money and then "covert to LCoin" , BUT simply what they did is bound many top items to toons/Sealed, impossible to buy/sell , Really pushing all players to spend money and makes it no way to be farmable.
I don't say the game must be free, but make it enjoyable for everyone and make payment a ++ in faster progression. but they make a game that is impossible to play without spending 500$/month just for farm, not even gearing. this is Insane,
i'll play a few more days and enjoy the big mess it will become.
if i missed something let me know, because i got no clue about Essence servers appart from what i heard and see
