R110 Limited +12, which you probably also added 450 attribute (on R99 you can only go to 300) will outdamage a +16 R99. The only advantage R99 +16 really has over R110 +12 is 3-4% better soulshot damage. Not enough to make it a better weapon overall than a +12 Limited R110.
