The lag make this game unplayable, and since HIME proclaimed that only US and South America regions are officially supported in forum, which is very offending to EU ppl that place since 16+ years, I would like to know what the current DevOps tasks are to fix this server issues. In addition to this you create events that make people login many toon just to participate that make play this game nearly impossible. I know that it doesn't really matter to you, but I canceled my prestige subscriptions on ally my 3 accounts I used it unless this gets better, and if it doesn't get better you might even loose a core play that play since prelude, I do not know if you care or not. I did traceroute the connection from my 100MBit/s net. I get 20ms pings also to main google DNS Servers located in the US. So please do not tell me that you can not influence my latency problems. The problems are NOT coming from my net, it is your overcorwded servers that are not able to hold the traffic, which btw really wonders me as server pollution is much less then good old c3 days where we had castle sieges in aden with thousands of players without lags. So if you guys added rankins and macros without monitoring performance on databases and application threads, don't make the player base pay for it. If the income of events and prestige subscriptions are not enough to scale your servers to an environemnt that can handle the traffic, then just honestly say it and we can deal with the consequences. You still are in the responsibility to run this services to people can enjoy the game. At the moment you do not. Strange thing for me is, most of the Time, my Main doesnt dc but 1 or 2 of my other accounts (even on same PC) randomly dc. I would bet rl-money that u will get an standard Reply from a "Supporter". I dont even wanna say the word "Supporter"... There is no Support going on. They always say they looking for it...nothing happens. If i would give that Support to any of my customers i would get fired... Even if i say @hime or @juji they wont write even 1 word. Really dont know what they do the whole day. If it could be a recurring problem for other users, you should consult with users in the same area. Although the ping from here is very long, it does not cause as many problems as before. Greetings. Even I don't dc they wind up dying to the last mob they agroed if im not actively watching the screen. I have actually given up on support they cannot fix the issues everyone is having and gotten to the point of actually asking to record videos as the errors are happening... The fact that they sometimes use a queue lets us know that they are quite aware of the problem and feel that a queue is the best fix. Can someone tell them that thats a waste of time. It changes nothing. If you have enough people in that requires a queue it in no way changes the hit lagg, so you may as well let them in. I get maybe 1 good day a week of good semi no hit lagg and i'm guessing its because people are at work and unable to get the bot machine running until they get home. Now today i get another of the many problems. Can't log in my main for more than 10secs. On the one day that i can farm the best...i can't stay logged in.
