We can’t do refinery. We can’t do IOS. Give us increased damage pve skills that we can use to sustain ourselves that don’t apply to oly or pvp. No one does ios in a party. No one wants to do toi or refinery in a party cause they get more adena solo. I see the dds tank the mobs kill the mobs and the support toon can tank the mobs but have no means of killing them. Can you guys consider changing this dynamic so ppl who play supports can enjoy playing it instead of using them as boxes ? 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NC Soft West COULD do this, they COULD remove crit caps from mages, they COULD lower prices so EVERYONE could have at least one geared toon and people with more money to spend like the whales could have 4-5 geared toons. They WOULD make more money that way. NC Soft West, COULD remove God jewels which has totally and utterly destroyed this game and make the game more inline with korea, so that when changes actually come from Korea.. they work as intended. NC Soft West COULD increase ISS and Tank Damage by 300%, allow them to farm so EVERYONE could play a class the like, we could all have balanced parties and people like playing support wouldn't be constantly punished for it. NC Soft West could do a lot of things, but they don't.... they add things they think will make money, they make them scarce because in business 101 class that some manager took, thats one of the first things you learn. The don't because instead of listening to their player base, instead of broadening the game to more people and making up for homeruns with base hits... the continue to drive players and people away due to their own ignorance in lineage 2 itself. Most of the staff doesn't actually play the game, they dont care too, which means they simply dont care outside of sales revenue for the month. Kysannia Posted November 2, 2022 Share Posted November 2, 2022 If the idea was to "build a team" DD's wouldn't have self buffs, buff pots, rose that make an ISS, redundant and not needed. If the idea was to "build a team" you wouldn't get penalized for having a buffer in party in IOS. Even with top gear, DW 3 duals on the most PVE centric ISS, I wasn't able to even bring in half of what a much less geared DD was able to in TOI or IOS. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They would capitalize this with many more people willing to pay for prestige pack for their supports even if they are boxes on a monthly basis! Uriel831 Posted November 3, 2022 Share Posted November 3, 2022 I wrote it years ago when tanks began obsolet. We need solidarity system where supports (tank, iss, heal) will be needed in party. If you remember we had some solidarity system in terms of some skill based on party members characters. It is a good idea also for future. If party have tank, increase P/M.def, P/M atack by 5%, if ISS increase P/M skill crit dmg/rate for 5%, if heal something else, it can be balanced. Also about adena drop and drop rates. Maximal drop should be in 5 member or full 7 member party. Every member above 2 increase drop rate and amount and in addition if you have tank/iss/heal/dds party you gain additional bonus depends of party structure. That's the entire point ... parties aren't needed or wanted because they cut into adena for the DD's. Are you a DD? You going to give me half of your adena you make in IOS and TOI every week/ day you go? Didn't think so. People shouldn't have to choose a class based on farm ability, it's supposed to be a GAME.. games in turn are supposed to be enjoyable and fun. Siri Posted November 4, 2022 Share Posted November 4, 2022 Problem is, if they would do the desired change, ppl would simply use their own iss+tank and get tripple the Adena. Also for TOI higher floors DD's are already in party with supports. Just with their owns. And why they can do that? Because gearing a iss/healer/tank for Adena farm has like zero costs compared to gear up a DD being able to farm. The only idea i would have in mind is a instance where only support classes with a certain amount of gear - to prevent boxes - (no Tank DK...) can enter and farm Adena.
