Hello All, With upcoming Wild Horizons update on Wednesday (2/3), the following changes will be made to Spirit Ore and Soulstones: - Changes were made so Soulstone/Spirit Ore items can no longer be exchanged, dropped, sold at private stores, shared dimensionally between accounts, sold to NPC stores, or used in the Auction House.

I have this listed as a known issue. We will change the deletion date before the Emperor's Vitality Tonic can be deleted on 1/6/2021. It will be scheduled for a deletion in a future update (way after our next one).

We are not allowed to post XP tables. The rankings information changed after the XP requirements were reduced, but the rankings will be fixed as players login.

We fixed the issue with the deletion date for the Legendary Cards for next week on 12/16. Our next holiday events will also start after the Legendary Card event ends!

Can you check with your ISP? The event will end on 12/16 for the Legendary Cards.

We have not seen any issues with our network today for game logins. It may be an ISP-related issue. Are you perhaps playing from Brazil or South America?

You have two stacks of the Aspiring Orc Ruler of Aden card. Can you try depositing both stacks of the cards into your character warehouse and retrieve them?

It is a random spawn in many different locations.

It was dropping for me without issue in that hunting zone today. You have a better chance of getting card pouch drops when the server time is around 18:00~24:00.

We reverted a backend change last night during the emergency maintenance that was affecting the server performance. The random disconnects are not showing for us when we look for a significant drop in player count and we do not see any issues with our network. Where are you playing from?

There is no bug with upgrading brooches. You need to unequip your brooch first before you upgrade it at Shadai. The NPC will hide the brooch upgrade option until you have it unequipped in your inventory.

It is related to a backend change that was deployed today that also caused latency delay issues back in mid-October. Unequip your level 1 Brooch before talking to the NPC.

We reported this issue to the Dev team back in June along with other regions. I am bumping the report to them today to see if they can send us a script to delete these skills.

It is related to server/platform work for all NCW titles, which share the same downtime of 4 1/2 hours tomorrow.

Thanks for pointing out the typo (now corrected). We upgraded the server hardware today and updated the chat restrictions to the following: General/Whisper - Can chat at level 30 Shout/Market - Can chat at level 40
