Part of the fix was to remove the killing blow requirement to receive L2 Coin and today's fix allows anyone who deals damage to receive L2 Coin. Next week will address the issue for characters who do not deal any damage.

Party Hunting Bonus was increased from 50% to 100% for the entire week instead of one day as compensation for the long downtime and AWS migration. Please bare with us at this time as we are adjusting several settings to resolve delays on actions.

Party Hunting Bonus is working and confirmed to be enabled at 50%. The Vitality and Level 99 restriction only matters for receiving Alice's Lost Time items in the time limited hunting zones. Having zero Vitality does not affect the event bonuses for these zones.

We have had a ticket in with the dev team along with other regions for the issue with the party members not receiving L2 Coins. It is being reviewed again by the Dev team. I have also added it to the known issues list.

I followed the same steps. I was able to use [Enter] to continue to server selection screen and then to the character selection screen.
