  1. Select North America as the region.
  2. The Prestige Pack subscription is only for the Lineage II Live servers and does not work on the Aden servers.
  3. The code will be automatically applied to your NCSOFT Account which you will then be able to activate via the “Apply a Code” tab. You will not be able to apply it until you create your character on the Aden servers. It will appear for you when we open at 9:00 AM PDT.
  4. Not all hunting zone content will be enabled for our launch and will be released in future updates. We will have the hunting zones available with launch in the patch notes next week.
  5. Sorry to hear that! We are not blocking their server with our anti-bot, so unless they change their mind on their system then you won't be able to play both games at the same time.

  7. I cannot disclose full details about the anti-bot except that the new system is frequently updated. The item drops being auto-delivered into the inventory would require major development and would affect all regions. It is not as simple as you say.
  8. You need to change your Region to North America in the login window for it to show L2 if only Blade & Soul is appearing for you in the Launcher. It will be part of the same L2 client and there will be an update in the Launcher on August 11.

  11. Windows 7 OS is supported for GameGuard. We had some compatibility issues with Avast anti-virus last week that were fixed in today's update. Try logging your clients on the laptops again.

  14. You should get the Lara's Elite Gift after the buff expires. If your buff expires while you are dead or teleporting, then you will not receive a gift box.
  15. If you are using a Virtual Machine, then you are probably getting blocked by GameGuard.
  16. Are you using any kind of VM software or tool like NetLimiter?
  17. Are you using a proxy to connect to the client?

  19. We had some disconnections across multiple titles that we are investigating with Amazon (AWS).
  20. We are investigating the disconnections already. Update: It appears that disconnections occurred across multiple NCW titles. The team is looking into the issue with Amazon since we did not see any abnormal network activity.
  21. The issue is still being investigated by the Dev team. I added more critical error screenshots to the report yesterday along with a reminder.
