We have not seen any mass disconnections from our side for any of the servers today. Our team receives alerts when the servers experience a massive disconnection of players, but not if it is a small scale ISP outage. You may want to submit a tech support ticket if the issue still persists.

We didn't hear anything back yet from our request to the Dev to add the stones back to the VIP Shop. I will bump it again, sorry for the wait in response.

The cadence of our content updates has been drastically increased from every 9 months to every 4 months, which is why we no longer have the so-called "big patches" anymore. We are now releasing 3 minor/moderate content updates per year instead of 1 massive update per year. The process changed right after the Fafurion content update in May 2019, which was about 9 months from the last update (Salvation: Etina's Fate). We can push out more content updates per year with the change in update cadence, which also gives us less compatibility issues like being able to run proper Anniversary events around our anniversary date. The process in moving to more frequent content updates was applied to all overseas regions, so it was not something we could change. 1. Quests - The system for most non-starter/beginner quests was changed after the switch to the automed hunting system. I understand there is lack of quests and I do not have an answer at this time when we will see more quest lines (e.g. Seven Signs) added. 2. Story - Lore used to be included on the KR powerwiki and on some of the content updates pages, but we have not seen anything lately since the powerwiki was removed. I will check with the writer who works on the L2 lore to see if we can get some updates to it since we recently received lore on Death Knight and Sylph for Aden. 3. Achievements/Loot - The drops changed with our F2P transition in 2011 and again when automated hunting was introduced. We may see some future improvements to the types of items being dropped, but we will have to see once the Dev team shares more details. 4. Old NPCs/Hunting Zones - We already raised this issue up to our Dev team regarding outdated monsters still remaining in the world and requests for revamping the content. It is mainly up to the local development team to implement these hunting zone changes/revamps. Which NPC gave you the critical error? We have an open bug in still for the teleporting critical issue with Dev.

I checked our files and saw no changes to P.Atk./P.Def./M.Def. for any of the monsters in Neutral Zone. Only the rewards were changed.

Hello All, I wanted to give an update regarding this issue since we have been recently receiving inquiries about it. Our CS team does not generally take disciplinary measures against players that use Keyboard and Mouse software to automate gameplay functions that can already be automated in-game. Instead, our team prioritizes taking action against use of automation of recorded mouse clicks and auto-clicking of game window confirmation screens that cannot be automated through regular gameplay. Players that use unauthorized, third-party software with NCSOFT games do so at their own risk. We hope this helps clarify your concerns about using keyboard and mouse software. Best Regards, Juji

There is a restriction on the number of supply boxes you can receive per day (100) and the probability to receive them is low. I checked the latest files and did not see any changes to the drop rate or the items received from the boxes for Field of Crisis after the Herald of Light update.

Can you post the critical error message that you receive when you port in?

We received confirmation from the Dev team today that the fix from the content update notes below is functioning as intended with normal attacks from soulshots now dealing the correct amount of damage. Fixed an issue where normal attack Soulshots did more damage than indicated in the tooltip.

This is not a bug. We still have the old way and new way available in-game to obtain the Lv. 4 Epic Jewel if you have 2 Lv. 3 rings of the same type. Old Way: Talk to Beginns NPC to exchange x2 Lv. 3 Queen Ant Rings for Queen Ant's Essence. Talk to Ferris NPC to upgrade with Queen Ant's Essence, 10,000,000 Adena, and a +10 Phoenix Ring for Lv. 4 Queen Ant Ring. New Way: Use Special Crafting menu and combine x2 Lv. 3 Queen Ant Rings + 100,000,000 Adena to receive Lv. 4 Queen Ant Ring.
