The event timers will change after the maintenance and the actual Oriana's Lucky Draw UI will be unavailable at 6:30 AM Server Time on 10/13. The extension of the events will officially happen AFTER the maintenance has completed. Sorry for the confusion!

We just got Dev to add an exchange for the Real Attack Cookies, so you can turn in 100 and 1m Adena for a Vitality Tonic. As for the latency issues, the Chronos server will have its hardware swapped out tomorrow with the maintenance.

The event item still has 10/13 as the deletion date, but will be extended after the maintenance ends.

We are still investigating the cause of the latency spikes for Chronos and will share an update once we have more details from the Development team.

The Real Attack Cookies will be deleted on 10/27, which is 2 weeks after the promotion ends. I will ask the Dev team if we can delay the deletion date by a few weeks, but understand that these items are not intended to be permanent.

We are already aware of the issue since last week and the clan member bonus reset issue has already been reported to the Dev team for investigation.

We requested for a Hero Chat disable option in the past, but Dev told us this is intended and that /block will be the only way to filter out the hero chat.

Indeed, it has been fixed. We had a missing file on the network for the installer, which was the cause for these issues.

The issue with the installation not working is now fixed. There was a missing file from our network for the launcher that did not get updated.

The top 20 rankings list of clan members was pulled right when the maintenance started this week. Any member that joined the clan after the maintenance ended when the servers opened on 9/1 will not receive any rewards for the Why Burn event next week. Also if you were part of a clan for these past 3 weeks and then left prior to 9/1, then you would not receive any rewards either as we only count the current roster of members.
