How will VIP level BEFORE the update impact your benefits AFTER the update? If my VIP level drops from (VIP 10) to (VIP 9) before this update Wednesday, do I get less benefits than somebody who stayed VIP 10? The uncertainty and lack of information on this update is very unprofessional. @Arctic

Well that was a terrible event, didn't get anything and got to watch a scripter/exploiter get all the event items. A+ work again ncsoft....

@Juji Thanks for all the cool xp items and feathers, but the time frame you gave us to actually use them is way too short. Right now I still have hundreds of 100% xp hourglasses left, but they expire after tonight's update.... Please extend use of items at least one more week. Additionally, i would recommend having one more week of just the event NPC where you can turn in the 'buying my house guide 1,2 etc.' The option to swap 2 of those for 1 of the 'unsupported fight guides' only lets you click it one at a time manually. There needs to be an option to turn in many at the same time. I currently have close to a 1000 of each and i'm not looking forward to pressing exchange all night. Thank you

Exactly. It basically downgraded the average player to a lower hunting area. Had just gotten strong enough to start hunting in Lair Of Antharas, and now the 'soulshot power decrease' pushed me back into ForgeOfGods/GiantsCave. Had been stuck in elemental areas for more than a year....and now I'm back....yaaayyy this game is so much fun.

Quick question: Being able to see the debuffs again has easily been one of the TOP 3 REQUESTS from players asking to "PLEASE FIX". How are you simultaneously also saying that the developers have listened to our suggestions with the last update?

When they changed Ruins Of Agony into an adena bot farmers paradise, rapid inflation followed. NC simply just doesn't care. I feel like there is a teachable moment for other companies if they were to study this extremely mismanaged game.

LOL? Are you making a joke? All their P2W events are planned and deviously calculated to give us minimal information. Odds shown for events are usually, HIGH, LOW, VERY LOW etc. They know that if they showed that "VERY LOW" basically means 0.01% probability that we would spend less money. This company is as crooked as they come, and they have clearly done their research on how to keep a potential gambling addicted person hooked.

They seriously just do not care. Who knows what capabilities these guys even have? When i report a bot (which i have done literally hundreds of times with no success) do they actually log in with a character type 'view' and investigate the reported bot group running around? I doubt it. This wonderful game has been done a great injustice by the people who operate and profit from it.
