During negociation(its an assumption it was on) for the momment, a part of Europe, mainly EU, is a common ground for both companies....for the rest block. Simply put, NcWest lost some teritories to 4game...smart ppl from EU already cash out and left west servers. Decision for this is in NcSoft Koreea hands...they decide when,who,where(except for American embargo for Iran,North Koreea,etc). To answer why ppl dont like to play on Eu server....well, dualbox cost 8 euro/month, 3 acount 16 eur/month, 4 accounts 24 eur/month, 48 euro/party/month and so on.

Now about different othel classes here a personal classament: 1. Othel GS, best one, he maximize damage from behind(all othels have a native passive skill who do that) 2.Othel Adventurer, second place, maximize damage from front 3.Othel WindRaider, despite the fact he have the highest base Dex he maximize damage from flancs...and its hard to hit mobs from flancs. 4.Othel fortune seeker...just a spoiler with knife apologies dwarfs for this

Well, Im kinda noob regarding Othels...I mean I played some years this class but I didnt made performance(It was my dual 105 mid geared orc...not the best race for othel). Dex fact is not about half skils is related to something else Othels are unique, they work like this: -normal hit/ normal hit critical -skill hit/half kill skill hit/skill critical hit/skill"blow"critical hit The last skill"blow"critical hit is important. That blow type hits make othel great and higher dex you have>>>higher rate you get. Here you can study the experiment.

If they implement interregional transfer with gear scallation I belive most EU players will move on EU servers...as is normal. I play ISS since 2011, this is not my original account...that one have forum ban(too much criticism and disrupting behavior), its not as much as others but I think I know what an ISS can do and what cant do. If you set ISS for defence and have some mid lvl items you cant die outside the party, when I said low lvl iss I ment lvl 105-107. Beside the game is moving in single target direction, from my experience...if you can get rid of a suport toon and add another dd players will do it in a blink. In a aoe pary you need healer not iss In a single target farm NcSoft made us life easy...usually mobs dont agro and dont give long range aoe. Simply put, you keep ISS in a safe distance with devil...

I saw you on forum, if you are not trolling then...put conclusions your self. Here situatiation: Im ISS main but in the next update NcSoft decide to F my toon badly. How? well lets see: 1.all toons get self ui buff bar same as iss buffs 2.Iss Dominator get Pom for clan buffed outside of party So ppl will exploit that...DD will farm solo and parties will have a low lvl Dominator with POM outside of party. No party for me and no solo farm for ISS, I mean 107-108 +++ Its not that I dont love my ISS, Is not that I dont keep my decision....Its simply I cant progress with my toon and I need to change it. So you see,its not that im bored blablabla.... its a necesity.

Preawakening content is irelevant....1-85 in 30 min and 85-99 in 2 or 3h if you are lazy 99-100 in 2 days lazy mode At 40 lvl you get r grade paulina equip and also you should know Grade penalty is gone. For the rest, read patch notes and explore your self...its quite an adventure
