Sly, I would believe that by now you would have understood how they operate. Most of the times, we don't get answers we want, as they are afraid to get exposed. My advice is that, since posts never resolve this, and GMs on forums have little to non communication with support nor they can effectively do something, if something works, don't touch it. AFK macroing belongs in one of these functions. I know it's frustrating talking to a wall, but this is what we are doing now. a lot! cheers

Too bad you didnt manage to sort the lag out and we are still, those who are affected, struggling to play. I currently have 5-10 sec lag on one client, and 60+ seconds delay on the other, which is weird...

Eg, I click to move and it moves after 5-60 seconds. If it exceeds that 60 seconds sometimes it also Disconnects me from the server. The inventory and rest of functions work and by work I mean they open immediately so that client doesn't seem frozen. Then if the delay is less that 60 seconds, i sometimes see a "fast forward" of all the actions and moves i wanted to do. Text and messages are working similarly , but not with such delay. While I experience this kind of lag, on another client, I can see NO lag at all and everything is normal. Yesterday, my main client was lag free and the two clients in teh background were laggy with the similar problems and disconnections. Also, most of the times I get random disconnects on one or two of my clients, while the rest (1 or 2) remain logged. Q: Do you use any VPN or Fastping service? If so, which one: A: No. Q: Did you find a temporary solution to your issue? If so, please share: A: No solutions worked as the issue seems to be totally randomized and there is no way to troubleshoot. I tried, file repair, restarting PC, router, restarting clients etc. The only thing i didnt try is the resolution settings of the game but you will be more knowledgeable to say if some image settings are causing this issues

To kick it off, we shall start at basics and then move on to the more elitist questions that matter. Any help is welcomed and I will try to upgrade this list for future reference. This build is focused primarily as PVE content. Armor Set: R110 light: What elements do you prefer? And what augments? Do you use a Sigil as well? Weapon: What type of element do you prefer, and which are the "go to" soul crystals? Ideal augment? Cloak: Elmore cloak, ideal augments? Jewel Set: Ruby 5, Red Cat Eye 5, and then? Accesories: Which are your preferred: Rings: Earings: Neck: Dual Skills: Ability Points: Row1: Row2: Row3: Row4: Row5: Row6: The rest points: Last but not least, what would be the priority in terms of P.Atk, P.Atk Crit DMG, Element Atk ? Is there any break point of which no more element or p.crit Dmg further benefits the pve content? I'm terribly sorry, didn't mean to misjudge you, plus your thread could actually help as it far more technical than just complaining about lag spikes. I was referring to the post with awkward title "LAG" in General Discussion that is older than both, and within there is the post of the GM. That post had accumulated 42 replies, 1.5k views (as of 15th Nov) and was created on 3rd Nov. Again, no mean to create fuss between us players, just want to crank up the heat for the GM's to figure this out and compensate us properly and accordingly. I personally have lost more a weeks worth farming due to DC and other interference .

So happy I kept couple of these beasts, but you can never be sure on when they will just delete them from our warehouse...

We should seriously discuss about compensations as soon as you resolve this matter if not prior in combination with extending the vitality event. There has been significant time lost from prestige packs-runes that people bought only because of this event and the connectivity issues have made this experience very bad.

On top of that, kindly check before splitting the traffic and traction this issue is getting. There is another post and another GM was trying to gather information in regards.

Hello everyone, I am sorry but the lag continues as a random factory while playing, randomly appearing and the Wisper from @Hermes suggesting we open a support ticket is just mitigating the problem while it still exists. Can we get some serious responses on why this happens to few people and others not? Did you change something in the AWS? Can you fix it? Can you compensate for the lost time of the exp event or runes?

well, so far I have contacted support and they ask for "DxDiag" as well as asking us to download "a program called Hi-jack this" as they say on their ticket. Then we send these file and they just ignore us providing no solutions... This has been an ongoing issue for the last 6+ days.

Victim of strange lags here as well. This is so random, it doesn't make sense to troubleshoot it. I lag in one place, with delays of more than 8-15 seconds, then i move to another area which is less, 2-5 seconds then i move again to another which is fine. As soon as we party up, lag gets insane to the point of disconnecting. Funny how no one came forward and acknowledge the issue...

I will have to agree, something changed and the characters do not respond well. its like a 5+ second delay on everything. Anyone else?

I don't get the people answering these questions. Any Bounty hunter can confirm on the spoil skill is merged with sweeper skill on ADEN servers, and if they were successful in obtaining anything worth mentioning?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out which homoculus is better for Othel Class. Now with the additional Homoculus we got, it is even harder to obtain a top grade of the one you need and there are no rooms for mistakes. I have been lucky enough to have 2 top Taga and Palo (both not optimal for dagger class) and then I managed to get Numph and Ari medium grade. While comparing the last two, Ari vs Nymph, I stumbled upon the poor translations and descriptions that make it a bit harder to decide which one is better for our class. All tips are happily accepted I will type down the stats of the 2 medium homonculus for your convenience. ADVANCED ARI Increases Skill Power by 2% at a certain rate when using skills. CON/MEN/LUC/CHA 2 MAX HP/MP +4% Attack Attribute 40 P./M. Skill Power 4% Skill Cooldown Reduction 4% ADVANCED NYMPH Damage Increased when using an Attach Skill 3% CON/MEN/LUC/CHA 2 MAX HP/MP +4% Attack Attribute/All Defiance Attack Attribute 30 P. Def/ M. Def. 6% P. Atk/P.Skill/M.Skill Power 6% Note that the above are not top lvl, but equal lvl between them, for comparison. Cheers

It is so cute that you all talk about compensation for that long downtime and not asking for the compensation wee had been promised 1 year ago when the melee and general lag started. We never got anything back for a full year of hectic gameplay...

Hi Sly, I believe that nowday's archers don't pay so much close attention to small changes in their classes. Hell, even I don't fully understand how daggers work after so many years on one. It is not entirely our fault, as NC doesn't provide a detailed stat sheet, so we can't know, with undisputable certainty, what's right or not. With all respect to the years you are around on an archer, I might be inclined to say that you are not up-to-date, OR that new archers are so blind from rumors and "people said that" so they just regurgitate information they have heard. On topic, I think that there must be a juji's Lab test around for that but I can't find the archive...

I am not so sure about this, however, i believe that removing old items from the game happened for a reason, maybe helping game's stability or reducing resources. the few of the modified items that remain, slowly will degrade.

Once, i just restarted one of the 3 clients to send consumables to my main, and within 60 seconds, 1 dude appears, and takes over my place. I calmly log back in, asking him politely to move away since im here, with my buffers, all set etc. One in ten occasions, people just leave and are cool about it. In the particular situation I describe the dude, just started spamming all in caps "MY PLACE RESPECT, RESPECTO RESPECT MY PLACE LEAVE NOWWWWww" Boy oh boy don't i love another KOS target... It is in our mentality to indeed respect each other in game and be polite. Nothing to lose if you are kind enough.

We just demand them handouts... I agree with you mate, I also like freebies and they should give some vit maintains etc, but chill with the "free dragon weapon to all" kind of requests cheers
