  1. Just a reminder that DEX does not influence the skill critical rate of skills other than yuls and othels. They have a passive skill which give them that correlation between dex and skills. For the others classes like tyrr/iss... it does not work. I did my own testing with skills and even changing SA's, ap skill, pom and abundance buff, the skill rate is so low on normal skills that the change was almost imperceptible. ( i didn't test with focus enchantment though). The landing rate was always something around 10-20% for most skills, only sonic star and infinity strike had a 40-60% rate. I did a 100 rounds for every skill and i really got disappointed. At least for me as Dreadnought auto attacks for aoe is still the best option.
  2. idk what u guys changed to reduce game latency, but it didn't help at all. But the dc problems i was having and u guys fixed a few update ago is back and it is really annoying.
  3. That shouldn't be allowed since its a no-pvp zone, ppl are abusing this to keep the sword and abuse its power. Either block its entry or treat as a peacefull zone ( still able to abuse, just like ppl are farming Toi).
  4. Yes, 1h blunt + shield is the way to go for maestro. In this update tyrrs got a boost in the skill power and in pskill critical damage from some of their buffs however the skill critical rate is so low that u hardly can feel any diference in pve situations. PvP wise (oly mostly) being a maestro u got a sweet new passive that hit players (and monsters) like a topaz every few seconds that gives you a whole new range of build options. Answering the second question, yep, patk and crit damage and normal hits is the best way to scale on tyrrs. But as i mentioned before u have a new passive maybe going for defense and trying to kill solo monsters that are very hard to kill is the way?! Maestro is probably one of the funniest class to play at the moment.
  5. Giant Punch Reduced casting time, increased Power, and removed Knock Back There is no power in the description ( no damage is done when used) and it still knocks things down.

  7. Its possible to counter summon, by killing it and the skill also has cooldown. But yeah, if they remove all those mechanics would be the best.
  8. As the title says, this mechanism is completely broken. As the game currently is, with 1 person one-shooting everybody with a dragon-bloody weapon, being possible to teleport in front of any castle its destroying any chance for small clans fight for any castle. You enter a castle fight ppl defending it and if u win, in less than 10 sec, boom u get exploded by someone in a dragon bow. The same person is defending all castles by abusing the mechanic. There is no room for any kind of strategy anymore and this is killing all the fun for us. MyTeleport shouldn't be allowed anywhere between town and siege zones, only jump and summoning skills should be allowed to be used near those zones. @Juji pls help us
  9. That's the second problem with dwarf race, cant even get red on others races as they are useless in pvp (maestro and FS)
  10. neither would anyone since 80% of all gear ingame are l2store exclusive. So it's not ando fault he plays the market, the game is designed to be played that way. Also this is an RPG, which means there is no right way to be played, any1 can play the way it suits them. If u have fun making good trades and increasing your welth thats ok, or if u have fun 1 shoting ppl with ur dragon bow thats also fine. Even u mixa, being a forum troll is a understandable way of having fun. Just because it works for you it doesn't mean all rest is wrong. The only side wrong in this environment is ncwest that constantly fails to provide a health and playable game for all its CUSTOMERS.
  11. You should decrease mobs in coal mines by 2/3 and increse the exp at the same rate and put back all mobs from other instanced zones. 1 room alone in coal have more mobs than all others zones combined. if there's a place to start looking for lag issues, its coal mines.
  12. Thanks ncwest for destroying circlet market on Chronos server ! Normally i don't bother wasting my time writing on forums, i just take it and move on. But this circlet event is bullsh!t. There are currently 0, and I literally mean zero shops in town selling circlets or spirit stones. Even ppl who had them before event stopped selling. WTF?! Those prices are absurd, the chance to get a spirit stone is ridiculous. You could have just let this month pass without event if this is the best u got. After EVERYONE in game and forums ask for cloak event, u guys toss a freaking circlet event with prices 4 times higher than ingame market, and now we dont have a market at all. GOOD JOB.

    Most of this post is outdated, game mechanics on crowd control have changed, so unless you focus everything on confusion or strike ( weapon augment, cloak augment) nothing will change, and still u wont see much debuffs landing since 80% of the time ppl are invulnerable to any debuff. This is for pvp of course, but pve doesn't change too much because mobs either are immune to certain debuffs or debuffs land 90% of the time even without buffs.

  16. What stats are u looking for? Men doesn't affect any skill landing rate. Some high level tanks use MEN+CHA dyes because they are already full HP and men provides some mdef, also they are cheap. Others like to run STR but if you dont have an over enchanted weapon STR wont change much for damage and skill mastery rate is so low that u wont feel any difference. If you're going for PVE than best status too look for are: Decrease Damage/PVE Defense > Elemental Defense (this depends on mob level and your elemental defense, but usually is better than pdef) > P. Def > HP. But if you're running PVP: Decrease cooldown > Decrease Damage/PVP Defense > Elemental Defense > P.Def/M.Def > HP This is just some pure information, u have to use it to build your tank, its not straight forward. But with this you have a base to choose what gear to get first and Dual skills and AP.
  17. Can u provide some info, why? i tested all 4 and the best was HK by far. Even though it has less patk from shield defense it has a good trigger skill which increase critical dmg by 25% and panther debuff that decrease mob critical defense by 30%. The best combo so far.
  18. I bought ncoin for 2 accounts more than 8h ago only to get the blackfriday pack, but still didnt received a thing. There are less than 30 packs left! Why put limit on server demand if any of the items are tradeable? 1 per account was enough.
  19. I am evas, but im thinking on rerolling to HK, i'll lose some patk from shield but gain a lot of critical and some patk from passives which benefit from br and others bonus ( the patk from shield is static). But im still in doubt Ty for the info.
  20. Hey guys i've just changed my tank to a pve build on this new update im killing mobs quite fast for a tank. So i've noticed that patk bonus arent great on tanks but shield defense is very op... i wonder if u guys know any items, buff or consumables that increase shield defense beside own tank skills. So far i could remember: Guardian block from AP skills and Fortress talisman shield def. Do u know any other?
  21. yes they are in the same acc and i know the merchant has that option. My question is specifically for those runes. 200% exp rune 30-days and 200% drop rate rune 30-days from Destiny pack. Can i share them within account?

  23. Ok so first in my conception, respawn time definition in our game is the time between when a NPC dies and appear again. So reducing this time should imply in mob getting spawn faster. Pls anybody correct if i'm wrong. So, that being said. How the hell did u guys transformed NPC respawn time reduced in decreasing amount of NPCs by half ( or even less in some places) and actually INCREASING the respawn time? WTF? I'm no expert but i think someone from the communication team needs a replacement.
