This is accurate, if you look at Japan for instance, they are required by law to provide gear in a loot box after so many. Europe Core server has the Eisenhad store where you can buy gear, which also keeps the prices of things stable. Here, I'm afraid NC Soft West wants the game to fail. Its a shame really, if they actually let people get gear, and we could gear multiple accounts, the games pvp would be epic, EVERYONE could partake in the pvp and sieges and raids. Now, it's just those that spend the big big money, and the sad part is, NC Softs biggest customers, cheat.

You know what would help fix this problem @Juji? IF THE SKILLS THAT PLAYERS HAVE ACTUALLY LANDED!!!IF Daggers Stun would land in pvp, and Bluff would land in pvp and Poison swarm would land in ....... pvp... you know, the PVP SKILLS MEANT TO ENABLE US TO HAVE A CHANCE that might actually balance out the game? Skills landing MIGHT just make people play other classes as well, and remind people why L2 used to be so great. You want us to spend money, fine, you want to gouge us and drain our wallets, fine. But for God sake, make the damn game work. MAKE SKILLS LAND. All of the OP Tyrs, will be tolerable if we can root them. The Nukers will be defedable if we hate them, or silence them. Classes are unbalanced because no ones skills actually work in game, it's just 100% who can pour out the most damage, and who cant take the most damage. And being invincible for 45 seconds and then having guts after that? Makes that impossible to beat, without skills landing. @Juji I challenge you to go fight Duroki with a dagger, see how long you last, then tell me this game is fun. Then when you hate your life and are miserable, turn up the land rate on skills, then tell me if it was better or not. I bet you'll still get stomped, but at least you were able to do SOMETHING.

Please take these items away form them. This is so unfair. We ALL could have done it, but some of us have integrity to not exploits bugs. If you allow these items to stay in game all it does is set a precedent for next time where we all exploit the bug. EULA plainly specifies using a known but to exploit is a bannable offense. You already look the other way when half the server is botting, lets do the right thing here for once.

After three + years of skills not landing, and PVP being incredibly one sided for Damage classes; support and classes that are literally build around debuffs, are STILL not working. Summon pets can't attack raid bosses, they are teleported away. Fulling stacked Iss with +200% confusion attack +20 skill for chance, Assault rush landed 0 out of 100 times against a character with similar gear same level. Against a Character 4 levels lower with a much lower gear level the land rate is about 20%. EVEN to get Assault rush to land at 20% on a low level low geared character you need to SEVERELY nerf your own defense. Tyrs already have the highest Defense in the game, they also hit the hardest AND have Berzerker that is 90% debuff resist. If you watch Korean PVP, Debuffs actually land. Can you PLEASE, for the love of F&*&ing God, Increase the land rate of buffs so other classes can be useful and have fun in the game again.

Hey @JujiWTF is wrong with you? This is an NA server and the event you all have going on (which is actually GOOD) has the "draw" at frigging NOON PST? This is a NORTH AMERICAN SERVER. Where do you think North Americans are at noon? I'll tell you where ... WORK.. were all at fu*()ng WORK... Change the frigging time to represent where the server is SUPPOSED to be. OR.. Change Nia..which is DEAD to North American times so we can all move to a server that has events at times we can actually go to.

@Juji 90% of the players on the field at Swords are Euros, tell me how this is fair on a NORTH AMERICAN server again? Check Ips.. do your job and make this a NA server. We pay thousands of dollars to play this game... give AMERICA is frigging server back.

Half the reason US people ARE quitting is because OF things like the times.. why play a game where you can't actually do any of the events due to time differences?

it is an NA server meaning.. NORTH AMERICA.. the ONLY compromise should be that of east versus west coast. There is a European server, this isn't about making everyone happy, it's about having a dedicated NA server as advertised instead of two European servers. and I AM dealing with it.. by taking it to forums to let the developers and NC Soft HQ know this is bullshit.

Oh well, this is not a Euro server. You think MAYBE... just MAYBE if the server actual ran on NA time.. more NA platers would be able to play? This is why they have server transfers... change to NA time.. and all the NA people can move to the NA server and all the Euros can move to the Euro server.

Please for the love of God step in and fix NC Soft west. We are supposed to be a NORTH AMERICAN server but NC Soft west has for some reason decided to change ALL NA servers to Euro server times. No one in NA that has jobs can actually participate in anything in the game anymore. Swamp runs from 2pm to 3pm PST. Sword drops at 10am, swords runs from 3:30pm to 4pm, when exactly are people with jobs (who makes up 90% of this player base) in NORTH AMERICA supposed to actually participate? We had a thread that talked about these time changes and the server OVERWHELMINGLY voted NOT TO CHANGE times.. yet.. NC Soft West decided what the majority of the server wanted obviously didn't matter, nor does the fact it's supposed to be on NA time. If this continues, I'd like to open up a dialogue in with the parent company of NC Soft in leasing the rights to Lineage 2 and opening up an actual North American Server that has times for NORTH AMERICA. We can Run the server out of Canada and actually have a game and server that does what it was originally intended to do.. be a server for North America.

@JujiI also request to have an OFFICAL NA Server spun up for NORTH AMERICANS. I am west coast and the sword drop 10am, swords at 3:30 pm is preposterous, 90% of your player base ar adults that have jobs, when and how do you expect us to make these events? The times for these events should be based on North American times.. as they are OBVIOUSLY no longer based on what the server is advertised as.. we'd like a NA server that is on NA times.... Please spin one up ASAP and allow free transfers.

Do you know what the chances are that you roll a die and NOT get a 6 out of 50 rolls? It's astronomical... as in, .0166% chance of that happening yet.. it happens in this game.. ALL THE TIME. If you'd like to know the specifics look up mean sampling distribution and standard error for statistics along with simple die probability. They refuse to post the rates for the NA server.. there is a reason. Because if they did.. we could simply show equations that prove they lie about rates. They're screwing their customers and we can't sue them if they don't post the rates.... NA is the most expensive cash shop out of all the servers, we have the least content and the slowest updates. This isn't by chance.

New levels of skills need to be added to the game as well as fixing land rate for the debuffs.... and HAVE needed to be added for about 2 years. The only support class that debuffs land are the dominator while the rest of the ISS skills are worthless. They are AWESOME classes and would completely change the absolute trash one shot 5 million damage meta we have going on right now. Fix Song of silence, fix petrify, fix root, fix fear, fix shield stun. For the love of Christ stop making new damage gear and actually pay attention to the game mechanics FOR ONCE. Oh.. and summoners / summons are an absolute joke as well as the skills landing. Exile with ALL strike jewelry on has a land rate of about .5% on another character your level WITHOUT resistance. Above your level BWHAHAAHAHAHAAHAAHAH. Please Fix Debuffs and give the rest of the server the ability to be useful in full scale pvp. This elite only the top players contributing isnt fun.

This is why I changed my main class form ISS. NC Soft seems to be more interested in creating items to make money, instead of making sure the game mechanics actually work. Song of silence hasn't landed in YEARS. Root, NEVER at least petrify has a .0005% chance at landing. Skill land rates need to be adjusted in a BIG BIG way. There isnt any reason to play any other class than a DD and just do straight damage, and that makes the game suck.

1. Seattle 2. no 3. CONSTANT, you fixed it... then you brought servers down to "optimize" and Now the melee lag is just as bad as it ever was. 4. Everything, it doesn't matter, Slow targeting and switching, SUPER slow attack in comparison to Wednesday after the migration. Unplayable. Now that we have had a taste of what it is SUPPOSED to be like.. this regression in less than 3 days it totally unacceptable. whatever your optimization settings you did broke it AGAIN. For a company that specializes in "Massive online gaming", this is a bleep poor joke.

Maestro summon as well are useless. The summons in game need to be allowed to level.. it shamefull all our summons are frigging blue to us and literally have zero use, yet the classes are entirely built around them.

Extra week is the LEAST they could do... server lag is absolute shit and they reduced the amount of people able to log it... connection is trash...

@Juji Support constantly pushes us to Forums as "They aren't developers" and "can't do anything". So here we are on the forums..... it's pretty obvious people want posted success rates... WE AREN'T ASKING FOR ANYTHING OTHER SERVERS DON'T ALREADY HAVE!!!! Where is your comment? Where is the discussion on the topic with developers or even an acknowledgement of the problem? Oh wait, were nothing but a cash cow and you give zero shits about your player base... SORRY My bad, must have mistaken L2 support for another MMO, like nearly any of them at this point.. it can't get worse for support than this.

UPDATE: NC Soft has now turned off my support and no longer replies to any ticket I place. The point of this post isn't about "Nova" it's about the GAME being fair... EVERYONE being able to say "hey... is a 3% chance worth 500$?" Lets be honest... the prices here are absurd and we, at the VERY least,..... ALL OF US, regardless of clan, deserve to know the REAL chances of something. When you have something that says... you are going to get either A or B and there is an EQUAL chance at both... that should NEVER mean less than 50%. No one here needs to posture or say go play something else or anything else negative.. this is an issue that affects all of us and nothing will change unless we ALL stand up and make them change.. MASS PETITION them.. as for changes... this is OUR game WE PAY FOR IT... make them change for the betterment of the players.. not what helps and works for them.
