You can make an Iss Spectral Dancer with dual Iss Hierophant If you're interested in dps for 1 DD, POM from Hierophant would be a better choice. 1 day in the game consists in 4h real life: 3h daytime and 1h night time, so you might be able to see these changes in the sky all around the map. Some places you can see the rain falling. Some places will be perma dark and gloomy (like the areas around Dark Elf Village). So you have some variety, but storms, snow falling, drastic weather changes, not really.

You can enchant with stones until 150 attribute (level 4). Then with crystals until 300 (level 7). Then with jewels until 450 (level 9). Within each "level" you need several successes to upgrade it to the next level. It's not 1 success equals 1 level.

It's not possible to cancel the already completed quests, only the ongoing ones. But you can try to ask support for help, to see if they can exchange that for you might take them a while to answer, be patient

Yes, there is a "limitation"... and it appears on the system message when you try to speak General chat (white chat) is only available after level 89. Shout/trade/world chat is only available after level 94. You can still speak with other players if you are in a lower level in Party/Clan/Alliance/Friendlist chat.

You have to understand that if people keep spending on "unreasonable prices", there's no reason for the staff to change anything. If the cash keeps on flowing in, it's working as intended for them.

Before if you killed 5 mobs in AF and your full vitality would be zero technically it IS being consumed a lot slower now.

It all depends on the devs. At the moment, there are no plans to change the adena drop there.
