As I said in here everything is divided by 2 or by 6 or by 12 its up to hermes how fast he want to kill this game , In KR i spent 40~50b and I managed to make level 5 on pve server

The Freya's Ice Doll can be enhanced up to level 10 using Dry Ice as material and an Adena fee. If the enhancement fails, the doll is not destroyed, and the enhancement level is maintained.

Dam with your math I wouldn't have spent 920 circlet scrolls to make +7.. it would probably took me fraction of this as rates were better than 1%

They heard us.. and giving everyone a change at reasonable price..

or

They will change the promotion and rates 😛

There is a reason rates aren't posted for ncwest...  they already nerfed from Korea rewards by what 5x?? So I am only to assume the rates are 5x worse at best.

So if NCwest follows what they have always done using your math. Rough guess your looking at 1.3tril adena for a lv10

You have to calculate probability not a chance in your calculation which you have tried to show , you have chance which is 1%(set by NCKorea) and you need to calculate probability of success to get that 1% successfully,  so formula kind of different for your calculation and I doubt that they give better rates , more likely reduced rates :D

For the future referance how to calculate probability I know people always got confused with chances and probability there is a formula explanation also :))

When you are calculating the probability of succeeding (enchanting/opening box)
You are trigering odds (which is for ex: 1%) so its 1 to 100 so each individual click have a chance to fail 99.0099% to fail , so you need to set number of events(which is clicks or enchants you have available) and calculate probability in this scenario.

Kind of easy example you have 100 enchants and 1% success rate.
So on each enchant you are trigering 99.0099% fail rate and 0.9901% success rate. 
So your probability to succeed to make successful enchant wont mean that 100 scrolls will guarantee it, i think that's kind of easy explanation how probability works in the previous post i pasted a link with full formula which you can use to have a guaranteed success.

Happy to help , as a lot of people got mistaken with a chances and probabilities quite easy to get confused , people like nc soft they place boxes and we consumers triger probability,  Im doing kind of similar thing for a living just for Android , obviously not above insanity "level" as ncsoft but , thats my job to calculate how many consumers we have and how many possible outcomes, with different chances, probabilities ,

I don't know where you got this rates but they are rong.
