When are you going to address the clan war system abuse?

NC WEST I AM SO FED UP WITH BEING HARASSED BY THAT BULGARIAN CLAN, I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, SERIOUSLY THIS HAS TO STOP OR I THINK IM GONNA HAVE TO QUIT. Sorry for going all emo and stuff, but I have life, don't have time to constantly deal with harassment.

I agree, the abuse of this system is very upsetting. Either change the war system or fix the AOE skill flag mechanism. I assume it's easier for you to change the clan war system.

ok, so I have found out what is the main character (or one of the more important ones) of the person who abuses the clan - when his box with active war was attacking the clan member but got killed, he ported with main and killed all flagged at beleth circle (so brave). So we know his main clan for 100%. This is high a lvl player whom I hit him for 20 dmg (yes literally 20). What can players do in such case? I try to annoy the main clan whenever I can (boxes are logged only when he is on the hunting spree), but that's basically all I can do (can't farm in peace anyway). Any suggestion from the community? I'm running out of ideas.

Hello, dear lovely NC West support, any comment on this? My clan is being abused again. AGAIN, war has been started by a box clan which does not XP in the open area, there is no chance to fight back, so the whole idea of 'war' is lost here. A person logs their box whenever he feels like killing ppl on AFK farm, and since my clan is full of newbies, it's very easy to kill them. Last time this happened, a few people quit the game due to frustration.

Apparently I was wrong about Juju it works and is kinda nice, I use it on my ISS. But I still stand by the statement that there is little to no actual boost for wynns in this system when compared to other dds.

As a EU citizen I have always been impressed with customer support provided by american companies - with the exception of NC West which is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. This topic is and complete silence from the staff is a great example of why I think that.

So.. Im gonna share this in case someone has a similar dilemma to mine. I have switched to tyrr titan and changed my weapon to the Slasher via the merchant. With the same gear I am able to farm again. I hope I can continue playing when the event boosts disappear. Note, I still think this update is horrible. PS. WTB a Greater Rune Stone for a reasonable price (1 bil) - I'll accept payment request mail in game (Naia) :)))

Thank you for your comment. Since I'm quite low on adena, changing to feoh would not work for me, all my gear is fighter based, but the suggestion with aoe stun seems like a good way to go, so I guess I need to decide if I should try Dread or Titan. If the switch doesn't work then I guess it's game over for me.

I hope you guys also enjoy playing on an empty server...

It might be a volume issue, what are you trying to put into WH? I have over 2 million of beast shots from the time I was a wynn which I can't use as I changed my class and I can't even hide them in my WH even though I have free slots available. Apparently the amount of items of the same type matters too.

Hi, I played wynn for over a decade, loved the class, got it to lvl 110 and was hoping NC Soft would fix it. Gave up hope with last red libra and changed my main to yul only to discover I don't really like it, but at least I could make some dmg (nothing great) which was nice for a change. Mind you, my dmg was on a low scale due to low-tier gear. However, with this update, mobs got boosted and I can't survive long (and i got event boosts on), can't make enough dmg, I struggle a lot. I no longer even feel like playing, I log in once every few days and don't even bother to get ressed when I die, I just turn the PC off. Is there any class that can farm with low gear without struggling? I could use red libra to switch my class and weapon and give it a try, before I resign for good. Overall, I like my maestro box, evis also seem nice - 30%HP reduction skills that those classes have seem good for players like myself, but those classes are locked. People on forms praise Tyrrs, whould Titan make a difference for me? Should I change my bow to slasher? Gear wise, the best item I got is +12 Limited bow 3 SA (P skill crit dmg) and blessed valakas necklace. Other than that, average to low stuff, no cloak, no agathion, no jewels...

So after a week of testing out the new update I am at the edge of quitting - I was pushed back to a lower level location (yet again, as this has happened with every update) and still, I can barely keep up in the lower lvl zone - I keep dying a lot. I used to AOE at PI, now I had to switch to a single target attack as my tank lvl 109 can't survive more than a few minutes. When the event boost is gone, I don't think I will be able to do my daily stuff at all. PS. I remember the times (4 updates ago?) when I dragged a tank lvl 105 in Paulinas armor to IT and it could hold all the mobs with only ISS heals. The boost is now insane yet the IT quest reward remains the same - so your line of 'defence' which says the boost comes with a greater reward makes no sense. Seriously, add the new content with nightmare difficulty as you want, but why do you have to mess up the existing part? How can people progress to a lvl 120 like this?

Couldn't agree more, I'm thinking about having another break from L2, it's too upsetting - not only I am not progressing, I am pushed back with every update.

What about a compensation? I have lost an instance as you communicated maintenance 15 min before shutting down.

I'd like an explanation on the actual cause of the issue.

Thanks for this horrible update, yet again with the update you made the old mobs stronger, yet again you ruined the progress I've made and yet again, you have made me move back to lower lvl location after the update. Seriously, add all this 120+ lvl stuff all you want, not that I'm gonna get there in the next years... but WHY do you have to always mess up the 'old/existing' stuff?

@Siri keep defending devs and you'll keep paying more and more, if that's how you want things to be then good for you. Some people just don't like it.

Events aren't supposed to have 'fair' price, events should be fun and free. I'm 110 and 30 mil for a buff is too much for me, so meh...

This restoration policy is an abomination... People don't even try to hide what it is being used for. It's all there in black and white.

Not that my post changes anything - NC staff don't care, but just to show other players that more people support this idea... I agree, this clan war system is outdated and not aligned with the current state of gameplay. It needs to be changed, so people can't abuse it so easily.
