Are you playing on the EU server or here? These are two completely different approaches to the classic. Don't expect to see the same your see there and vise versa.

This is probably a poor translation. It's never been here, but in few other territories Gainak was a combat zone even if it wasn't in war state. Or it might just have been made complete peace zone, though nobody will care, the dark armor stones aren't worth a damn anymore.
