@Juji You've been answering various questions last night, here and on Discord. All about exchanges, Libra promotion and L2Store related content. But none of the real questions about the update been answered. Can you dive into these?

@Juji @Hime Nice that you published notes a few days a head. We can finally prepare for it. But still a few questions 1) With the disabling of the Faction System do the following things get removed/disable: Faction mounts: Can we still use them to teleport to e.g. Hellbound or Blackbird Campsite? Faction teleports: Can we still use the NPC on Blackbird Campsite or Enchanted Valley to teleport to different regions? Especially Atelia Fortress region 3/4 is highly desired for the instance and/or Kelbim raid. Faction talisman: Can we still use this? Will the effect still apply? Faction items: I have a big stack of e.g. Giant Crystals, are these being removed? If not, can I still make them into a Giant Trackers Talisman? 2) With the removal of Appearance Scrolls: What will replace the Modify Armor/Weapon R-Grade scrolls inside instances on the loot tables? Will we be able to sell them to NPC for adena? Will the appearance scrolls for shield that drop in Outer Messiah still drop or also be removed? 3) With the change of the Mentee system, and the already posted removal of many mentee coins: Do we get alternative rewards? Raising mentees to lv105 and only be able to buy Unbind Scrolls and Elemental Stones while other regions get consumables like Freya Ice Rose kinda makes me wonder why the whole system got changed in the first place and what would make anyone raise alts or assist clan members at mentor to hit 105. 4) With the change of the crafting system: In the patch notes is mentioned only a few material recipes are being compensated with adena. Why only these? Or are these just an example? What will happen with the old materials (e.g. Durandril, Orichalcum Wire)? Will they be able to be sold to the NPC for adena or become useless items? Can we use the new materials as 'currency' to make Treasure Chests from NPC Moe in Giran? 5) I love that Exalted is getting another make-over *sigh* but ...: The Exalted rewards give out 3x Exalted Dye of STR, does this mean in the new system we only need 3 Dyes of one type to apply it? Or do players need to buy the other 7 from other players to be able to make a complete set of 10 to be applied? Is applying the Exalted Dye free? If not, what is the cost? Are the Stage 3 La Vie Brooch Jewels (e.g. Opal 3, Pearl 3) able to be combined to try make Stage 4? 6) Final one; Ether, the patch notes mention it all over but... Ether does replace the Energy of of Destruction or not? If Ether replaces the Energy of Destruction, does that mean that Ether is being required to make add Bloody/Dark enhancements to Eternal/Amaranthine equipment? If Ether does not replace the Energy of Destruction, how can players still obtain them since they are a requirement for the enhancement? Can Ether be sold to the NPC for adena? What is the purpose of Ether if none of these things above are valid? Thank you. And I hope you're able to answer the majority of these questions.

@Juji @Hime We have had this event increasing drop rate on items and increasing exp. Now the event has been over for two weeks and drops are really abysmal. Before the last boost event, even on macro I could easily farm 4-6 scrolls per hour on Primeval Island. Now even when live and pulling as big trains as I can handle, I end up one hour later without a single scroll. In both situations without any Drop Rune or Prestige Rune. The same applies to my daily macro exp. I yield less drops now in the 12 hours I am on macro as I did before the drop event. It's already hard enough to gain adena if you aren't a Demonic Sword exploiter and raid boss farmer, but yielding even less drops as before the boost event makes it even worse. Can you eleborate? Can you check the server settings?

On EU servers before Christmas, but our servers are always the last ones to get updated and the most buggy servers off them all

They emptied out Devil's Isle like 6 updates ago for future purposes. It's still empty and it was such an amazing 45-62 zone in the past. ToI will stay empty forever, because they rather revamp zones like Lizardmen every single time so people don't really have to look where to go.

Lineage M won't come to the west. Lineage Eternal (aka Lineage 3) been cancelled and put back into alpha pre-development phase. Lineage II at the moment will get a content update with 3 months intervals.

Stop crying man. Nobody told you to buy 20 Dragon Shirts, but you did and cried on forum that you couldn't trade them. Nobody told you to try to make God Jewels which easily burn 50-200b adena. You gambled, you lost. Welcome to the world of Lineage II

Worse is that they removed key content from our version. Our version does not have the daily lv1 La Vie En Brooch Jewel craft mechanic, able to make 1 level 1 Jewel per day by crafting Our version does not have the trophy system which you can use to buy Dragon Shirt, Magic Circlet, Angel/Dragon Jewel and Cloaks from the Dimensional Merchant

GM Son (Lineage 2) Oct 26, 21:56 CDT Hello, Upon testing this on our end, we have found that the "Auto-Use" function depends on your current character's situation: • If your player is not in combat, the item will be used immediately when the buff ends. • If your player is in combat, the "Auto" function will prioritize the combat first before using the "Auto Supplies". The possible cause of delay of item usage is because your character was in active combat. I hope this clarifies your inquiry. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us again. Apparently it's working as intended.

That's for sure man. Especially that even with this update the exp in Sea of Spores has been increased, but it still gives less exp per mob in a full party than duo in any 104-109 zone with about the same kill speed. And making zones like FoW, FT, DV able to be solo'd as well by the over geared people just clears it even more that having a party is a bad thing.

Ok man. That's nice. BTW: It should be 20:00 GMT+1 if you mean West European time zone. 20:00 GMT is UK and thus 20:00 GMT-1, which is 45 minutes ago.

What does this mean? We'll get more adena? Do mobs drop more adena? Or just increasing the maximum adena one can have? Also @Juji and Europe already went DST last week, so 20:00 GMT+2 isn't West Europe (France, Spain, Belgium, Germany) any more. GMT+2 is more like East Europe (Romania, Greece)

Dude. The Soul Stones are part of the Exalted quests; all being changed. And the Freed Soul Crystal is that for the Requiem Recipes? Big deal. You that desperate for adena?

I am pretty sure Juji takes those out of the client. Because it's better to sell items like that for 800-1200 Ncoin in the L2Store

The idea is that everybody is going to make Kaliel Bracelets with the scrolls dropping on Primeval Isle, or have Lucien's Bracelet made during last Golden Compass. And since everybody gets the Paulina Twilight Bracelet anyway, which is better than clean Istina/Octavis/Tauti Bracelet. Also; can't you just buy the bottles etc. for raid point at the Hunters Guild? I think it's funny all you people cry about such little things, while they do a complete overhaul of the Exalted system and yet we have no confirmation if the lv5 Exalted status remains for those who aren't level 107 yet, since that's the new requirement. @Juji @Hime @Cyan We need, we deserve, more than 20 hours to prepare on patch notes! PUBLISH THEM NOW!

Weapon drop is not guaranteed any more for like 4 or more patches. R99 weapon has a 2% drop chance, so you won't miss anything. Just make sure you cash out all your Rune Stones and Chapter One books.

I have shared the link so many times already. But there is always some "NCWest Exclusive Special Version with Excluded Items for future L2Store Promotion" version of the patch, so we never 100% sure on what we do and do not get when the patch info gets revealed on the European servers. With the number of quests, zones and items removed it would be awesome to have notes from @Juji a week or two again. But... nevermind

In the old days, Wall Of Agros was full with nothing but bots. You saw every clan leader in a train following his constant party killing mobs without soul shots, nobody complained because fighting these bots results in war and grief by the bot lords. Cleaning a spot like Ivory Crater resulted in a high level RussianMafia/Exile/BeHappy-tagged archer logging right behind you and killing you, to protect his bots. You just played around it. Or, even better, found the Chinese bot lords and ordered 10,000 Animal Bone and they would contact you when they farmed enough. I don't understand why you go into the effort of pk'ing bots in Rift and whatever. Bot lords really don't care, you don't gain anything from it other than you're wasting your resources (adena to port to Aden, soul shots etc.) on bots. As long as "real players" buy Ncoin and sell those Ncoin to the 'hero' players shouting WTB Ncoin all day in hero chat, and paying for it with their illegally gained adena (or just his share of that days Zariche/Akamanah) NCSoft is making money, Juji is not being yelled at by his Korean bossman and the server stays alive. It's the circle of life, bruh.

But at least Juji promised us a free to play participate promotion for Halloween to go live along the patch, because a promotion start on same day as update never failed.

Technically, they do. Bots farm adena, automated and on the best spots. They also gather materials that are either sold to players (enchants) or npc (crafting materials) all the adena is send to the storage of a bot lord (usually from Eastern Europe, Russia, but big South American bot trains on Naia). These players should all day in Giran, Aden, World Chat, Hero Voice "WTB xx000 NCoin". Where do you think these guys get the adena from to buy NCoin? Not from killing mobs in Tanor Canyon, Field of Silence or even Fafurion Temple. They get the adena from their bot trains in Pavel Ruins, Silent Valley, Blazing Swamp, Hellbound, Enchanted Valley, Plunderous Plains. Why you think zones like Pavel Ruins haven't been wiped from mobs yet, while everybody knows the bot to mob ratio is 10:1. These bots DO buy NCoins. The real way to stop bots, is to make ALL items tradable and items in the L2Store not gift-able.

Again no update. So now what? We get patched next week, on the 30th, with no patch info a week ahead and everybody goes blind into Olympiad without knowing new Olympiad Times, the new best-out-of-3 system?
