Having to run to town to use it was a restriction by itself. Edit: In that sense, if they introduce a new system to an old one and that reveals some broken mechanics, it needs fixing, hence it is considered a fix. Imo

When you open the party Matching window in game, at the bottom it shows number of active parties and number of people.

To be fair, the drop rates issue lasted for days. I think people deserve abit better compensation than an extremely small window of one or two times buffs.

You are missing the point here. There are some glaring issues that need attention. The only way there is even a remote chance of them getting fixed is if people keep talking about it.

Just make new character, do the quests, it takes about 10 mins max to hit lvl 19, reward at the end of the quest is the moon armor set of your choise. EDIT: And then use the Dimensional Merchant to transfer the armor to your main.

I think its not that bad actually, apart from few key issues. (infinite pony range, and global GK regardless if you are in combat or if you are a red player and ofcourse, spoil and mat drops)

EU classic didnt get global GK and looping it seems.

I second this. We had to wait days for this fix. Least you could do is give a bigger window for the buff.

I think they cant remember this because they didnt play back then.

I am just slightly salty that just this morning I rushed to finish lvl 40 class change quests on 2 of my toons before the event ends to avoid GK costs. And now what? The quests are removed anyways and GKs remain free til 40? Why was the patch notes not communicated sooner?

Servers will be down for 8 hours, which means they are still down for about 3 hours
