  1. when i go to buy a server trasnfer, it says the date it will be processed is today. this is not possible, it should process next maint. is this an error that will mess the transfer up next week?

  3. fortune seeker does most dmg in pve. it has passive 30% pve dmg boost and no front penalty with its maphyr coin flip. it also spoils stuff. it is the best in pve. pvp is a dif story...
  4. before, when the passive skill "Superior Skill Mastery" used to give +1000% to skill mastery, the shaper bonus allowed for skill mastery to reset skills or double time proc skills almost all the time if you stacked str. When you paired this with the shaper passive bonus of increasing skill mastery rate, it was best in slot that was nerfed long ago and the skill now gives +100%, not +1000%. a shaper has a realized 1.5-1.8% more skill mastery rate than dual daggers, essentially making it worthless now when u sacrifice 20% dmg on target for that extra 1.5-1.8%. its really a shame, i prefer shaper look.
  5. u want dual dagger. they are 20% more dmg. shaper benefit was nerfed long ago. its a waste now. limited r110 +15/16 kain 11 x2 top aug = stage 1 dragon wep no aug limited r110 +23/24 kain 11 x2 top aug = stage 2 dragon wep no aug limited r110 +33/31/32 kain 11 x2 top aug = stage 2.5 dragon wep stage 3 dragon wep is best i would only advise cursed daggers if you PvP ALOT, as in world pvp, not olympiad. the 666 UD skill is very nice for mass pvp on a dagger.

  7. I'm not sure what that status means yet on the toi mobs. I need to test more, but my stabs and adena income are pretty much the same before update. I actually went up to floor 7 from 6. Maybe they're immune to vital spot access nerfing Daggers a little bit on their blow formula. The mobs are immune to status effects completely and lethals. So few people play dagger, this will be hard to sort out without a gm's help.
  8. I have alot of experience with +20 lim dual Daggers 2x kain 11 shilen 6 top aug. That's what I used before making stage 1, then stage 2. The +20 lim hit 30% harder than no aug stage 1. Stage 2 no aug is better than 20 lim, but probably about same as top aug +25/25 Lim. As to what can you do: I farmed toi fine with +20 lim, I imagine you can too. We have those shiny scrolls for +20+ clicks. If you can get those Daggers up to 28/29/30+ you have the best dagger pve wep until stage 3.
  9. is blazing swamp filled with afk toons yet? if not, we probably drove all those f2p farmers off to a new game when they gutted the mentee system 2 updates ago. these are nice changes to the mentee store tho, def worth doing now.
  10. Dual dagger is 20% more dmg than single dagger. Single dagger nets roughly 1.5% more realized skill mastery rate than duals. Shaper was amazing 4-5 years ago. Now, duals is the play. If you are 1-2 shitting VoS at 110 perma, u have good gear. I'm still getting to the test, kid got sick today. Prolly be tomorrow or later tonight when it's done.
  11. when server comes up, after my dailies in ios etc, i will do a test to answer your question specifically about the wep enchant. i can tell u from use, +13 vs +20 is quite a bit of difference. stage 1 is basically +16-+18 limited. stage 2 is like +22ish. +30 lim is top pve farm wep on a dagger until stage 3. this is assuming no augment on dw and top aug on limited (20% cd) and 2x kain 11 for death/fire. your gear is mid/high. let me do this test today and i think i can give a better idea of how weapon patk affects dmg output.
  12. the raid was changed to accommodate all people in the cc getting a loot box now. imo, these raids need the 20k cap removed and raise the hp pool way up so dd's can truly shine instead of 20k dmg repeatedly
  13. All common skills are saved if you use chaos essence. All Daggers have angel of death and archangel of death. Stone of destiny would reset it I think. The only skill that does not behave this way is mortal blow on gh/wr. Even though they both share this skill, it resets when swapping between the 2 because not all Daggers share it.
  14. Please be sure to follow back up with us on the status of this. So many times we give input, are told thank you, and then it dissapears with nothing to come of it. Even if the response is: "no planned changes, sorry" at least we have a response and we will respect that. Like it, probably not. But we will respect the communication as paying customers. For the last 3+ years, communication to us is non existant unfortunately.
  15. check ghost hunter shadow hunter skill description: "Critical Damage for standard attacks at the front -30% " this makes all dmg from the front get a -30% modifier. stabs, everything. Shadow Reverse works correctly from the front because it teleports to the rear and stabs in 1 motion, it cannot be avoided. but if you use form the rear, it teleports to front and stabs for -30% dmg. go test on an npc in town. use skill from front and rear, see dmg dif is 30% if you compare a spoiler great luck 30% passive pve bonus, with no negative effect from their luck coin of maphyr flip, and you can have a 60% swing in dmg to the front in a place like toi. regarding the 2 plunders. 1 is AoE and low skill power. this skill is worthles. you also have dwarven flare bluff. also useless. the spiler plays like a dagger, it just has no front penalty and a passive boost for pve. heartbreak, chain, blood stab, there all work the same unless you compare to a TH where heart and chain can reset.
  16. Well, +14 vs +24 are 2 completely different weapons in what they can do. What is the rest of your gear? (crit dmg, patk, skill power stuff, etc) The reason I ask is a +24 set of Daggers on a toon with nothing else on it gear wise is a waste and u won't be happy with the dmg. A dagger doesn't usually benefit from a high patk wep like a yul or tyr does bc your dmg lies within the crit dmg modifiers you stack.
  17. I watch for sparkles on the ground as I macro 2 spots, disable my macro on my mouse when I see one and go pick up.
  18. New players require marketing, proper store promos, and nice xp events geared for lower lvls and not upper lvls. This update didn't affect my lvling spots. IoS 2 dropped 15% for my yul dual. I'm enjoying alot of features like the augment system, the fact that tersi soul crystal is a farmable drop, rehashed areas, new skill levels. BTW, go check the mentee store shop and be happy with your hero coins finally. Regarding the lack of dmg on low/mid gears, Ncsoft never learns from their past mistakes. This happens every single update. People all of a sudden can't farm. They need to put that attack herb thing back in for every one 115- and look at a hard forgotten sale and fragment sale for artifacts so we can get the needed 20-30% dmg back. Also, if people are doing this poorly with event rose, oh buddy....

  20. Auto pickup range may have been reduced, hard to test this now. I also monitor PI bc a yul can't pickup properly, so I know I'm getting all scrolls.
  21. You can turn in the quest on your 115 dual. I don't know the level requirements to learn the book, but it's usually main class 105 as the minimum requirement
  22. I use cocktail only, am 114 on my dual yul, do 2 spots for 3 hours almost 7 days a week. Before update I would pull about 70 scrolls total. After update I am getting the same number, same kill speed, same everything. Cod drop also seems the same. Something else changed for you. It wasn't the rate at which these items are dropped.
  23. At least u still have aoe. Dagger is beyond broken and obsolete.
  24. PI drop rate is the same for me. Same rate of scrolls under same settings. Maybe mobs got a bit harder and you kill slower now.
  25. Nothing shows the actual buff stats, just the casting buff stats. It's a very strong buff regardless of heads or tails.
