What makes me so mad, is that I took a break when they did server merges and i didn't login so I lost all my original toons from back in 2005. So i get no rewards that i actually want. so anniversary events are nothing to me.

I find it funny there is no melee lag fix yet server bonus settings are going away.

Those aren't always accruate, we get the shaft on a lot of good things other regions have. Then when we ask Juji and Hime they says "It's not for our region". Its funny how little we get compared to other regions and how much more all other regions get I mean the pure amount of events, free stuff, paid stuff every other region gets is overwhelming. Were just little sad NA Servers..

Correction, they are not "Hunting Zone" they are Instance zones where you only have X amount of time in those zones per day. I would assume there will ofcoarse be recharge stones for PURCHASE in the L2 Store for spending more time in those zones like the current. So besides the 2 places per level range they "Give us" for free they are only revamping "new places" as instance zones for them to make more money. I remember a day when this game really was FREE 2 Play now its pay to hunt in any zone but the 2 we give you.

Yes but the weapon would say "NO Grade" under description this does not say a grade.

Whats funny is you give these Emporer weapons and they don't have any Grade assigned to them so as archers You can't use Arrows with them or Quivers. All day your system message window shows "You have run out of arrows". So losing DPS here on one of my toons because I can't equip arrows on it.. Smart move there NCShaft.

Why ohhh WHY do you guys want more sales in game when they can't fix the server lag? You want to THROW MORE DAMN MONEY AT THEM FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE SERVER PROPERLY? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? Why would they worry about fixing the server when people just keep spending more and more money?

We are going on 8 months with no fix at all. You have this Exp event going on which is awesome, but yet I'm trying to exp and in my normal spot I can't which I could 2 months ago before the lag was this bad. I've upgrade my gear from +8 Blessed r99 light to +10 Bloody R99, got 7 Signs, Abundance, and more yet I can't do my normal area.. I've been leveling up mentee's for the +12 Atlas last 2 months because I can't exp. But you put more and more exp events and I have to hunt in lower level area than I should be in because of melee lag and I'm suppose to be happy? I'm suppose to buy more NC Coin to support your company when you can't fix your own game servers? No you don't reward bad behavior or bad work ethics with more money. FIX YOUR SERVERS then we'll spend more money! Give us the appearance outfits other regions have. TO be honest I'm ready to go to EU and play on their servers they have SOO much more than we do, they have so many more events than we do. For this #STAYATHOME they got a free exp pack.. What did we get? Laid off jobs and NC Soft putting more products up for sale on their NC Soft store? 4game gave away free in game items while you want more of our money with servers that are broke?

Yes the servers need to be fixed, but what I think he's pointing out is valid. Out of all the Lineage 2 Offical Servers out there this population is treated like trash the most. #1. We ask for events and are completely ignored 100% *We have "circlet event" which is almost useless since Mentee Reward Revamp* and insane prices ontop of it. #2. 6+ Months of Lag issue's with barely a word on when it will be perm fixed besides "In talk with Korean Dev Team" for months. #3. Prices are insane for paid events, and useless events repeat more then helpful events. #4. NCSoft removes paid items we purchased with 0 compensations such as modify scrolls, doesn't tell us when they are coming back, and do not punish exploiters/cheaters/TOS and EULA violatiors. #5 Send in a ticket and they tell you to "Post on the forums for help" do so and you get infractions and 0 help, they just don't want to do their jobs at all. But still get paid? If we actually had a company that cared they would make more money, but they actively show they don't care so they must be content with making less money?

To most of the people, thank you for not reading and showing that you have no clue.. what your talking about. As I stated it was a friend, not me so telling me that "You got banned you broke the rules".. Nope not me thats #1 shows your to lame to even read the original post and just come on here to crap talk for no reason. #2 No bots were using in afk fishing only thing she can think of is on that laptop she used Meeting software as she works from home and it captures keyboard/mouse which NCSoft considers that possible botting software. Even though its not and its a professional product her company uses. #3 It sucks that people using work software on a work pc they use for L2 also have the risk of getting banned and NCSoft won't do research to see if its really a bot or not. But obviously with the 1mil+ summoners botting everywhere its not like they care.. But they banned 2 of her afk fishers.. All they did was AFK fish. Who in their right mind would bot.. on a account.. that ONLY FISHES what would you need to bot? LOL

Whats funny is all the people that abusing the swords/instance passes didn't even get a ban. Botters now days are getting 3 day bans as warning. But yet back in C5 I botted on my accounts and I got PERMA bans but there is almost no such thing as perma bans now. The same people keep exploiting the system, cheating, and are here day in/day out but yet back in day when 100m was a lot I was banned with billions of adena in gear because I got perm banned. How is that fair they don't do that for cheaters anymore? I had to start over and lost everything but yet no one else has too? I know for a fact my friend doesn't use cheats or hacks. If your afk fishing what cheats would you need to use its AFK FISHING for christ sake seriously. NCSoft bans people not doing anything wrong while keeps all the high level, high geared cheaters in game.

As of tonight I've logged out because I get DC's multiple times per hour, the lag is so bad I see toons killing a monster by time the lag is done 20 seconds later its killed 2 monster and on the 3rd. My Fishing toon keeps getting DC's and losing fish and now it appears your staff is banning afk fishing accounts that do nothing but fish?! We've dealt with crazy lag since Aug 2019 going on 7 months, you didn't ban people exploiting Instance Reset, you have video proof of exploiting swords and porting to places they shouldn't be able to. But you've banned hero's for no reason just because they were mass ticketed and once they proved they weren't exploiting you gave back their account. Other hero's call for all server to mass ticket Clan Leaders to get them banned and they are outright happy they are causing bans for no reason, and now your banning peoples afk fishing accounts. I'm sorry but what type of customer service is going on here? All the CHEATERS with 10 million summoners still aren't banned and exploiting to get benefits, known instance exploiters aren't banned, and people that shouldn't be banned are banned? I'm seriously.. CONFUSED.. 7 months later and still no fix.. I can't even level anymore cause I can't stay logged in, when I am logged in I have 20-30 seconds lag. Btw I have 300mb Down 100mb up, and PC is intel i9, 16GB DDR4, and geforce 2080 Ti so its definitely not my PC.

So one of my friends know for a while just got one of their accounts banned that has been afk fishing for 3 hours per day now. So instead of banning the 10 million summoners in Aden/Blazing Swamp that are bots they are now banning AFK fishing toons for no reason and respond "No further action will be taking or responses given" Whats funny is they are banning multiple people's afk fishing toons. Better not AFK fish anymore NCShaft going to swing that hammer at you! Swinging that hammer at AFK Fishers.. man that is a whole new low..

The fact you guys are crying when the hero go banned because of a mass petition. She was unbanned because video recording was shown to be able to get to the spot without Glitch or Bug by SIMPLY WALKING to the location. That is the only REASON she was unbanned. I know who supplied the video footage and have seen it. Learn to get to spot that don't need cheats and you might have a way to fight the hero that got banned. She did nothing wrong and has SHOWN her proof to NC Soft which is why she was unbanned.

I love how you selectively only answer certain questions that are easy and straight forward yes/no But questions asked as to like I asked of what value is there anymore in certain aspects as you have removed everything to do with them and moved everything to L2 Store instead you ignore. When the GM's or Dev's can't answer a single question as to what keeps your F2P players in game because your ruining it shouldn't that say something about your ability to do your job or even "Promote Your Own PRODUCT" to keep customers? There is no pride in what you do, there is no information actually being relayed to your customer base besides "Buy NC COIN". Again you won't respond to this and answer any questions like what are Rep points for you have taken all ways to spend them out of the game now?

SO your removaling all rewards, and according to a friend Korean's haven't even replaced/revamped Factions yet and they have been live with newest patch 6+ months. So what exactly can we use Reputation that we get from Clan Quest etc? Another worthless thing in game that has went away to help us and push more to L2 Store?! Can't make/upgrade talismans anymore, can't buy Boxes for Temp Jewls, Exp Scrolls, Longings, etc. You take, take, take, and take more for the play that can't invest in L2 Store.Guess is F2P people just need to accept and quit.

Hero's use hero chat to accuse others of cheating, botting, RMT, insult others. The newest is a hero on Chronos has been said to gotten a 3 ban, when he came back many of the hero's where going back and forth taking what all hero's said out of context and saying "OH you said X All should report X hero thats against the EULA they need to be banned". This went on for days of back/forth insulting like always but telling everyone to report people for nothing at all. Hero's get buffs/glove/weapons/etc do they need unlimited shouts? They should have no more of a "voice" than everyone else you need to remove their unlimited shouts it has been complained about since hero's was introduced what 10 yrs ago? Hero shout has been abused for 10+ years by people and needs to be dealt with. The constant harassment, belittling, and abuse they are TOXIC people.

@Juji and @Hime I have one question for you please answer it If you haven't fixed lag/dc issue what good does this Exp Buff do? We are still lagging which means decreased Exp so you buffed it to equal NORMAL exp so all you have done is give us back our NORMAL exp. So please tell me what you have done?

ACTUALLY if you read the patch notes it says you can't STACK jewls of the same effect. SOOOOO before you rant/rave/complain RTFM! It's your own fault for trying to stack something that can't be stacked because you didn't read the PATCH NOTES. I'm glad you wasted all that adena so tired of people not reading the patch notes and then crying forever because they can't do something. You never could "Stack jewls" as in 2 anthy = 2x effects. Same with Talismans. So what would EVER make you think you can add a special EFFECT and it would STACK!? can you get 2 aug for skills and they stack? NO. READ THE DARN PATCH NOTES

So since your removing daily coins, supply boxes, you have already removed Faction Dailies.. What exactly can we NOW buy with rep that we get from Clan Weeklies that are done? Another worthless thing in game? @Hime @Juji Seems like everything is being removed from game except L2 Store.. How is this a Free 2 Play again anymore if you remove everything but NC Store items?

@Hime @Juji "I think it's a fair request" That doesn't mean anything to NC Soft unfortunately. We have been suffering with subpar servers since you last acknowledged it in Aug 2019 but yet you continue to take money for Destiny Packs/Prestige Packs, you remove items from the NC Store like recharge stones WITH 0 NOTICE instead of fixing the issue and banning the exploiters. I remember years ago exploiters aka bots used to be perma banned with all their gear I know because I lost 9 accounts with billions of gear back in C5ish days due to this. But now you let exploiters/botters keep everything and do nothing while the legit people suffer and lose out on what cheaters get. Since Aug you have known your servers are subpar and you have done nothing to help except lower mob respawn time on key areas. What we submit request to Support? "Hey can I get my rune time back that I spent dead on the ground because of your lag?" Why do we have to individually ticket support why won't you do something for all accounts not ALL TOONS but something per active account that has logged in since Aug 2019. Suggestions? Each Month of Subpar performance since Aug 2019 you get: 1 Destiny pack 1 Prestige Sub 10 GM Buff scrolls Something like that and do it per account through dimensinal NPC or something. But to make YOUR customers submit a ticket per account they bought/didn't buy something thats hundreds of thousands account submitting tickets? Wouldn't that flood your Support System and give them months of backlog? You need to address your client base as a WHOLE not as a individual and show you care. Not asking for +16 R110/R99 weapons or +10 Bloody Sets etc.. Show your customers some love for your server mess ups.

Even since Aug when this post is the server lag NEVER went away. In your newer post since last patch update you blame the update on the lag I think you fail to realize it never went away. Now I don't know many games that require server upgrades less than every few years, but Aug - Feb thats 6 months and your saying the servers need upgrades again? You've been saying since Dec that servers need a upgrade and your awaiting parts, I don't know how your still waiting for parts for 2 months? You've had so many people complain about compensation and you have said nothing about it, I for one canceled my prestige pack due to the lag. I have a destiny pack running in which I spend a good major of the night dead while sleeping due to server lag and VR not working due to lag and I die. Its amazing its like NCSoft is looking through my webcam because within 1 hr EVERY NIGHT of me going to bed I'm dead and no longer exping. But I can sit here and watch it 16 hrs a day but as soon as I go to bed BAM i'm dead. I for one am tired of waiting for no response, tired of being ignored, and tired of being treated like a customer you don't care about. I honestly feel like I'm going to the VA for Medical Appointments, NC Soft does NOTHING to help its customers other than say "Buy L2 Store Items" beyond that there is no customer server, there is no QA Team, there is no Customer Relations. Its a big fat ZERO blanks given. Please start doing your job and fix the servers
