Maybe this time with favorable enchant rates, lower NCoin prices and stable scrolls for 11-15? Cloaks r very important in this version of L2 and the prices atm r sky high. Have events for items like this more often cmon. You cannot farm anything cloak related with in game means, nothing permanent in ncstore.
